Letrain Redemption

This is surely a social experiment to see how long you can make a person wait for a gift voucher before they give up. Any monetary gain is offset by losing the will to live.

Waited for an hour to just let the staff process the document needed to redeem the voucher. It’s either they are not trained or I’m incompetent about the procedures.

The worst redemption centre. First you get to ticketing. Then have to wait super long. Don't really understand why need to go through the 3 counters to process. Really unproductive and really time wasting. Obviously it can be done better and what is there to verify other than the redemption document given vs the identity verification.

Attended by 2 staff, at the registration n then redemption counters. Both were polite and helpful. But the work process took quite a while as it seem that specific documents are required, and detailed info to be keyed into the system. Management needs to relook at the process. Staff r great though.

You'd expect a faster processing time on a Monday afternoon at 3PM. NO. You get the luxury of waiting around with 40 other customers for more than 1 hour till your turn is called, with sullen staff who have zero customer service skills. When it came to my turn, the staff (a male bespectacled guy) at counter 4 doesn't greet or say anything. He looked at my invoice and redemption letters for 5 minutes before asking me to calculate the amount of grocery vouchers I am entitled to redeem, because he could not count (he kept counting wrongly and asked me to confirm). He also took 20 MINUTES to process my redemption, obviously taking his own sweet time, while customers at other counters turned over at least 5 times. When he passed me my vouchers, he spoke zero words. Really like a mute. Then sit there watching me tally my 53 pieces of vouchers. Great job Samsung in selecting such an abysmal redemption service provider. You guys must have done a lot of due diligence on their service level. I said 'thank you' when I left. As predicted, no expressions and no return of pleasantries. I could have been talking to a brick wall for all I know at counter no. 4.

Terribly slow for a gift redemption, the number of cross checks is amazingly mind blowing. Such a tourturing process! Don't think I will be enticed by the marketing gimmick next time if I know I had to collect it here. ?

Came here from my home in Bedok to claim my $50 grocery voucher. Was told by the ticketing staff that they don't have any vouchers to give out because they have to pre-order them! This means I have to come back again to collect the voucher once the vouchers become available. So much trouble. Seems hardly worth the effort.

very slow redemption process. Even though I went on a weekday afternoon, there were many people just waiting around. It was not very crowded just a long waiting time. I think it has to do with the LG gift collection. For my collection it took about 15 minutes which I think is not too bad already. Edit: Second time I went down, queued for 40 min only to be told I don’t have the washing machine label? The person checking the documents at the ticketing before issuing me the queue number didn’t even notice this error? Total waste of my time. Third time: all documents brought, only to find out that the grocery vouchers are out of stock, so only can collect detergent. They can’t even mail out the vouchers so I’ve to come back another day ??
