★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chewy was very knowledgeable and gave multiple options for Aircon installation and trunking. Aircon installation team was also friendly and helpful in recommending the appropriate route for the ducting. Overall very satisfied with the installation!

Install team also walked us through tips and tricks. Extremely satisfied! Will recommend! *Don't mind the paintwork, it's not yet completed. =D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very much appreciated thanks to chewy and team team for the outstanding service and super affordable aircon given. although the slots for appointments was super long, but nevertheless chewy never fail to accommodate to our schedule. everything was done nicely and punctually. Hiring letscool aircon services was the best choice. simply no regrets! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with them, brought 4 brand new Mitsubishi Air-con from them, air-con pipe start to leak just after 3 months of using, came down my place 3 times to attempt rectification over a period of 6 months, keep delaying rectification and pushing back the dates. Have to remind them constantly to come down.
They took out the boxing to trial and error for a fix and cause paint damage on the wall, had a dispute with them because I ask them to repair the paint damage and make good, they refuse because it's not under their service. I am not confident with the way they rectify the issue even after 3 tries. The problem may just come back again in the future.
Overall they blame the leaking due to condensation from showering hot water. Total BS. When I compare my trunking design with my neighbor's trunking, I know they screw up the piping design and failed to do proper insulation.
The sales person is a lady call Chewy, avoid her at all cost!
Engage them at your own risk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had engaged Letscool for installation of single split daikin aircon on Feb 21st. 2 sets of technician came to my unit. The first batch of 2 did the trunking and wiring and suggested that he will fill a gap on the cross beam by modifying the trunking and laying it there. However, they were called up to go to another unit and a 2nd batch of technicians came in the afternoon to resume with the installation of the aircon. They had insisted that the installation of the extra trucking to fill the gap would not be appropriate.The installation was not up to our satisfaction as such we had requested for Letscool assistance to fill the big gap between the pelmet and the aircon. I spoke to Chewy about this matter and she offered to send her guys to do the extra trunking if only I did a referral. The mistake is clearly theirs. Now i have to source out some other aircon installer to fix the unsightly issue. Please do not be fooled by the good reviews. I am very disgusted with their after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great product, reasonable price! 2 system installed within the day. The installers fixed up the hole for piping nicely, skillful for using fingers to seal up the gaps and holes. I'm not sure if is it not included for placing the controller on the wall, a little hiccup is when they drilling the screw they made a small hole on the wall and didn't fixed that, that's still okay because I can fix that, but the other controller they drill through the plastic with a smaller screw saying "so I can change it and smaller hole easier to fix for the wall". So why can't drill at the hole on the controller holder instead of the plastic itself when the screw can hold the weight of the holder.

I had liaised with Chewy a few months back when I first collected my keys. After securing the deal she gave and down-payment made, she immediately reserved my units to avoid delays.
Installations works had just completed and it was all done well. Workers were also friendly and explained well when I asked them any questions.
Overall, I would recommend Letscool to anyone and have already recommended a few of my friends to Chewy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got this Panasonic System 3 from LetsCool. Overall good workmanship by them.
Chewy has been very helpful and very hardworking in sourcing this brand when she encounter shortage of this brand. However once the stock is available, She immediately schedule the next earliest installation which is about in 2 days times (Wednesday receive the stock and Friday starts the installation).
Overall experience has been a good one. Only a small downside is that Chewy is a very busy salesperson, Need to wait for at least a day for her to reply to the message (personal encounter). She definitely will reply but need to wait patiently for it.
