On Sunday , my shop aircon suddenly leak and water was dripping non stop. I called 6 aircon service companies and none could attend to this urgently on the same day. I was very worried as it meant I have to close my shop and forgone earnings . Worse, I was afraid how the dripping will affect my machines. I found Silverback Aircon online and drop them a WhatsApp message. The customer service person immediately call me to say they are willing to help us and would like to know what is the specific aircon issue. After understanding the situation, he quickly arranged for his technicians to come down to our shop to fix things. In just over half hour, the two technicians came and was very professional. They obviously know their craft and could identify Where exactly the blockage in our pipes are at and promptly removed it. Not only did they solve it promptly they could explain to us why the leaking happened. We were so impressed by Silverback’s dedication and responsiveness from point of customer help desk right through to implementation service team. We signed up for yearly contract servicing on the spot. They didn’t even charge for the urgent service. The fees were normal charges! Thank you SilverBack Aircon. You have saved the day! Silverback Aircon has done a great job for me and my family by responding and delivering service with spot on accuracy in diagnosting problem and proposing a solution that 'killed' the problem promptly when their skillful, friendly technicians worked on my outdoor unit. Neat and swift work was what I observed. Will I use them again? You bet I will.

Engaged them to install a new cassette unit. The technicians arrived an hour late, seems like this is a common occurrence now that I've read the other reviews, so do temper your expectations on that aspect. I got a few quotes and they gave the best price. As for the installation, apart from them breaking my ceiling board (which they fixed with tape and plaster in the end), everything went well. Though I do not blame them for that, since they were dealing with a very narrow L-shaped cut out of that. The technicians were very helpful and answered all my queries as well as they could, they couldn't speak English very well, but they obviously know their stuff. They even helped me dispose of my current cassette system at no additional charge. I would definitely engage them in the future as well for my home and office air con needs. If you do decide to engage them as well, please make sure to keep your schedule clear for the rest of the day, in case they arrive late.

I had a very positive pre-sales experience with the sales team (Brendon/Robbie). I was looking to replace my Aircon and had many questions very transparently. They patiently answered all of them and did a free site survey and gave me several options. Unfortunately I could not proceed with the purchase with them. I will definitely consider them in the future.

The installation was done within two hours and the installers clean up dirty mark on the walls and everything on the floor. Well done?. They tested the Aircon system thoroughly and make sure everything was okay before they left. Once again thanks for your excellent service.

They are the cheapest air con supplier I found. (About 5-10% difference in pricing) Installed 2 Starmex system 3 with them. Referred one. 1st location Site visit 30 mins late. Installation was smooth. 2nd location Site visit 2 hours late. During the site visit we agreed upon how the installation will be. Workers came and video call us that way cannot be installed. When we went down to check on the workers, and only after insisting, the worker agreed to installed the trunking accordingly to the way it was agreed. The consequences were: 5 big unnecessary holes on my wall which they have to cement up with white cement. Now I have to engage a painter for those β€œholes” We asked them if they can extend the workmanship warranty, they refused. Asked if they can offer anything more they replied: "What do you mean what can we offer? ?" Hired them if you: Just want the cheapest Have too much free time to wait Can be on location to clarify Likes coin flips Likes emojis in chat 50/50 chance you get a good experience.

I wanted to replace my aging system 4 including all existing pipings which had not been changed for over 10 years. The task was made even more challenging due to the fact that I have false ceilings and built-in cabinets. They took the trouble asking a lot of relevant questions, sent a surveyor to site to perform a feasibility study - and quoted the same day. Then the team came, they took out the old gut of the old system, installed the new set up, tested it, cleaned up everything before leaving. New system works great, so was the workmanship.
