I have been with the Levitise team for nearly 4 months now and have been thoroughly impressed by their attitude and professionalism. The emphasis is on holistic health which for me had focused on strength and conditioning and life coaching. I am a 49 year old bloke in need of help and support and I have definitely found it here. After working on nutrition and movement with Alex and Elise at Levitise to relieve my chronic back pain (recently had surgery), there has been a vast improvement in my condition. The infrared sauna sessions are also working wonders, literally pain before (cannot stand for more than 2 mins without ache), to no pain after. Life changing stuff from the guys at Levitise, can't thank you enough.

I had the most amazing and surprising experience at Levitise's new infrared sauna recently. Just launched at the newly opened Core Collective at Katong, it was a great experience from start to finish. A warm welcome from Alex and the team, nice chat with Alex where we talked about any health issues, then he armed me with some water and off to the sauna! It's a very cool little space, very comfortable and I loved how I could hook up my phone to listen to a podcast whilst inside. I felt fantastic afterwards, energised and had a healthy glow. I'd highly recommend anyone to go see Alex and try it out. However it's worth noting, it's part of the all round health and wellness support Alex offers to clients and not just for relaxation. So not having any major health issues, it's not something to drop into for a little pick me up. If you are suffering from stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, weight problems or other things, do go visit Alex. He's a great guy with a wealth of knowledge on health and wellness.

The IR sauna is a lifesaver. After only a few sessions, I noticed an immediate positive impact on my mental and physical health. I can attest that the Levitise team is experienced, professional, and well-versed on unique options to help in your holistic recovery journey. Thank you Levitise!

I tried Levitise’s Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna today at Core Collective i12 and it was a great experience! My primary curiosity is how an IR sauna can support the body’s detoxification processes. Alex is so knowledgeable about the wellness space and he explained the benefits and process thoroughly, answering the many questions I had. The sauna experience was seamless, there is a shower available and it felt like a private space. Given the benefits of a full spectrum Infrared Sauna it’s great to know that we have this available in Singapore, such an effective modality to complement one’s healing journey and optimise wellness.
