Few reasons why PRIMEFIT in my opinion is one of the best gyms in Singapore. 1. Trainers/Coaches - Full of knowledge and experience. Very approachable and friendly. Not once did i feel intimidated or uncomfortable while training there. I was able to get advice from a coach easily whenever i was unsure of any movements or just wanted a coach to see if i was doing a particular movement right. For someone just beginning, this has been really helpful. 2.Location - Situated right smack in the CBD and easily accessible by taking an MRT to Raffles Place and walking a few minutes. 3. Equipments and Gym Facilities - The equipments here are really new and maintained well. All types of equipment that are suitable for beginners as well as the advanced gym goers. I absolutely love the shower facilities especially the body soap ? I would definitely recommend giving PRIMEFIT a try.

More than just personal trainers, Ravin, Jia and Ray are like friends accompanying you on your fitness journey, guiding you towards your fitness goals at PrimeFit SG. Best thing about this boutique gym is how clean the training environment is, kept this way by a fastidious team. There isn't that usual stale smell of sweat you would find in a gym full of grunts. And don't forget to have a quick pre workout drink or snack at the cafe right outside, Perkatory, or order a shake to keep you fueled during your session!

I was looking for a gym in Raffles Place and I feel very lucky to have found Prime Fit! I've been to many gyms in the past and I've never really found one I enjoyed or continued with but that all changed when I joined PrimeFit. The location is good, the place isn't overly packed, they have all the equipment you can imagine, super clean facilities, and a fun vibe! My journey started at Prime 6 months ago when I started personal training with Coach Raveen. I wanted to improve my strength and mobility so that I could run better as I hope to competeΒ in a triathlon one day and complete an ultra marathon. With a bunch of injuries including a slipped disc I was struggling for more than 12 months to see any progress and after just a few months of training with Raveen I saw major improvements. I've also seen many other members get great resultsΒ with personal trainers Ray, Jia and Ravin. Strength training aside, the team at Prime Fit truly go above and beyond. They listen, they explain the 'why' behind everything they recommend, they make it fun by mixing it up, and they care! One of the things I love most is that at Prime it's all about the long game so there's no pressure! They've motivated and encouraged me every step of the way and given me a bunch of nutrition advice which has really made a difference not just in my training, but in my general well being. I highly recommend the personal trainers at PrimeFit!

I started training with Ray several months ago, focusing on legs in my sessions. I had been working out a lot, but always found it difficult to build mass in my legs. Now, I have been seeing real progress on this front and I expect it to continue due to Ray’s program. We have been alternating sessions various days to focus more on quads or hamstrings. Ray knows a lot about the actual science of muscle anatomy and encourages his clients to try a variety of exercises to work muscles from various angles. He is always very professional and creative, and also carefully listens to his clients, for example if they have a preexisting injury. The advantage of PrimeFit’s convenient space near Raffles Place is that they have all of the equipment to help you make gains, but none of the crowds you sometimes need to compete with to do your program in the larger chain gyms. PF is the only gym in Singapore with Arsenal brand weights equipment, imported from Knoxville, Tennessee. This is one of the choices which show the advanced knowledge of the whole PF team. They know what they’re doing and have a lot of experience, but they’re fun, funny, and caring too. If you are just beginning and need some encouragement, want to take your fitness efforts to a new level, or want to get truly serious (and even build massive beast-legs!), Ray and everyone at PF are your obvious choice. Highly recommended for all levels of clients! ????

Love this gym, super close to Raffles Place MRT and the coffee is pretty dope. But the best part are the trainers and camaraderie in the gym, everyone is super friendly and your PT will tweak your training and diet to help you best achieve your goals instead of giving you a standard template every single session. They put the personal into personal training because they believe every body is different, so crafting what is unique to you sets you on the right path.

Jia, Ray + team are some of the most supportive, motivational and friendliest crew to train with! Gym is clean, good range of equipment, location is conveniently in Raffles Place, bathroom is clean… can’t ask for more. Smoothie counter right outside is always great to get the protein hit after a good workout. Been training there for 6 months, goal setting was very customised and work outs are tailored in a way that is great for those with especially busy time schedules. Time efficient and effective trainings. Thank you for the partnership !!

It’s my first time engaging with a Personal Trainer after training on my own for so many years. I really appreciate my time training with Coach Ray and was super satisfied with the experience. He makes sure to tailor workouts and meal plans according to my fitness goals, explains the benefits of the exercises we’re doing, and constantly check in with me to make sure I am on the right track. The coaches here are all bodybuilders themselves so they have a vast knowledge when it comes to body transformation and overall fitness. They are very willing to share what they know even if they are not directly your PT. It is a great community and has a nice family vibe, unlike a lot of other gyms which might feel intimidating. Kudos to the team for their great work! Check them out if you are looking to transform your body and increase your fitness level :)
