Its my first time visiting this workshop and its thru good reviews on google. In the past I went to other tyre workshops which gave me a look like they couldnt be bothered or they look down on me because im young. When I came to this workshop i came to realise everyone in here that I spoke to is a like a family. I spoke to the boss and asked about a affordable and comfortable tyre. Initially asked about Michellin, but he strongly recommended a cheaper Goodyear F1 A5 which has similar of better characteristics based on online reviews. I heed his advise and after changing I can really feel almost no roadnoise at all. Comfort and quietness is my priority for my S class. Being a person interested in engineering, I am always curious like the way they work on cars. The mechanic whom helped me do wheel alignment and replacing of tyres is young and so easy going.. I asked him dozen of questions about car maintenance, tyres etc and can feel his sincerity and humble personality.. I randomly spoke about my regret not driving carefully gotten a deep kurb rash on my rims. To my surprise he offered to help me file down my rims a little and added paint to touchup and make the damage less obvious. You know in this world there are 2 types of worker: one who genuinely loves his job and want to do each task to the best of his capability. The other kind just do it for the money, they only care about quickly settling the work so that they can move on to the next car and finish everything asap.. this workshop has people with passion in their work! Tightening of the rims to the car, I saw mechanics in addition to using the airwrench, they went the extra step to use a calibrated torque wrench to recheck the tightness of the wheel bolts. The other workshop i went to just purely use the airtool and dont bother about tightening to specifications. I can say from my experience everyone here is easy to talk to and many of them show a smile while talking. It is the real kind of smile, not a fake smile that people do for the sake of doing... the lady at the cashier is also so friendly and like a nice conversationalist that keep on joking with me Pricing wise replacing all 4 tyres I compared a few quotes and this is very reasonable at just $20 more than the lowest one.. the boss explained to me that this difference in pricing is small because he offer after sale service that not many offer like free balancing and free patching of tyres. Hence I decided to use this workshop

Sent my 16-year old Honda Odyssey for servicing and “engine oil” leaking issues. The boss Mr Yap Ah Ho was able to identify the root cause of the leaks and the unusual hissing noise within the car’s cabin. The car is now back in ship-shape condition. Good job!

Wanted to do a normal servicing for my car and found Li Hong. I was surprised because it was my first time there but they treated me like a regular customer. What I love is that they have this checklist where they'll check the things that need to be change i.e. brake pad, spark plug, battery etc. 10/10 service.

Dropped by to patch my punctured tyre and was attended to immediately. Patch up done in minutes and without charge. Really appreciate the gesture and professionalism. Am also a repeat customer there years ago when they changed my tyres, felt then that they are very reliable and honest people. They don’t hardsell you, and are patient and not condescending towards noobs like me. Definitely the place to recommend for your tyre needs!
