Friendly, responsive female owner, Josephine along with nice old lady, her mum (family business) - the staffs (some of them are family members too) are very experienced and zero nonsense (eg zero attempt to cross sell or upswell or push sell)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deserve no star, but this is the lowest. Don't have the equipment for wheel alignment but just wnat to earn money insist said that's they practice manual alignment adjustment. After ten days both of my front tyre are gone lucky I go n check myself, if not accident happen I must been gone. Just because of thier not in alignment service and just want thier $30 business revenue and make other in danger. If can upload will show the pic of my tyre nad how bad is thier so call manually alignment service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted a few shops nearby to check prices for battery change before deciding on Lian Aik. Service is good and price is reasonable. No hard sell on other services. Lady boss also agreed to my parking the car there for a short while to buy food. She also reversed the car for me so it is easy to drive out.
