★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our lunch hangout after ballet class on a Sunday. My girl loves the mango fizz and the spaghetti bolognaise is so good my 7 year old is able to finish the portion all by herself. I love the black pepper steak. Great value for money western food and one of those places that doesn't charge you an arm and a leg to get your steak right. For sides I love their wedges and baked potato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and cozy place which is quite crowded even on a weekday lunch.
Food is nice and price is competitive due to the free 2 sides they offer with every main dish.
But the place can be warm as they would only turn on 1 air conditioner when there are few customers.
The truffle chips I ordered was very burnt and there is not even a hint of truffle taste.
Service is not that great as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered for 1 portions each of Meat Balls Spaghetti, Medium Rare Ribeye & Black Pepper Steak..
Meat Ball is Pork Meat Balls. The Meat Balls Spaghetti & the Black Pepper Steak were okay though the Black Pepper Steak was slightly chewy.
The Medium Rare Ribeye was a disaster with blood oozing out of the meat. This has happened the 2nd time at the same outlet.
The same was taken back immediately & was replaced with the same, this time it was better cooked.
I've had better quality steak at Oven Bake also on the East Coast Road. Oven Bake has been temporarily shutdown for renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say life is a combination of magic and pasta. But even the best magic couldn't rescue their pasta today ? Go for their grills though. Their chargrilled chicken was good as always, and we'll be back for more. Just not the bolognese, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited at 7.15pm on a weekday evening with only about 4 occupied tables.
Food is okay, garlic bread came fresh.
The only gripe or concern i have is one auntie staff. First, she passed by our table and took away my bottle of drink while we are eating, aasuming it is empty. Then while i am still enjoying and chewing my last piece of meat, she came over and ask if we are done. Actually i still have abit of coleslaw but forget it, decided to let her clear. She piled the plates and walked off to clear another table, came back to us and said bye and giving us space to stand up. But we still have unfinished drink. She stood there and wait for us to finish. Wow.... seriously....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Astons has always been a go to place whenever we're in the area. There is a wide variety of food (steaks, pasta ad more) and drinks. Their sides are really good too (mac and cheese, pasta salad, garden salad). Their food is always good at this outlet. You don't have to send a heap of money to get good food. A great place to go for dinner with friends and family.
