β β β β β My ID firm engaged them as subcontractor for tabletop. Is a very UNPLEASANT experience, keep postponing the installation date and my move in date is greatly impacted. No one picking up the call although my ID keeps calling them for confirmation. The installers are professional, took less than 1 hour to install all the 3 table tops. The quality is good but not the customer service. Should treat all the customers equally although I'm not your direct customer.

β β β β β I engaged them to do incline sink for my mbr toilet. 3x the sinks were delivered wrongly done. pictures has been given to them what I want. my mbr toilet vanity has been delayed till to date. And it is not a job nicely done, the sink is leaking and there is no response from their team when they are suppose to come by and fix it. the sales guy West Lee texted me on 9may says that they are too busy and then missed out my appt which was 3weeks ago. and then he MIA-ed again. Engage them if you can afford to wait patiently and handle their bad service really.

β β β β β I wish to comment on the great service provided thus far by West. In summary, we have a good working partnership as he is ever understanding when I do have urgent questions at odd hours.
As for your installer, MILO,
I wish to comment on his great work. Not just for installing the worktops.
He is very detailed and precise with his updates. Took great videos so that I can have a good look at the finished work before going over.
He did go an extra mile to help with something out of his job scope.
Despite their busy schedule, very very good working attitude!

Me & my wife had went down to Lian Hin Pte Ltd showroom which is located at 204 Woodlands Ind Pk E9 (S)757879 to look for our prefer kitchen top and custom made toilet vanity and we really like it as their polite salesman, Mr West Lee is very patient introduce their product.
