★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were wondering around the hawker centre looking for a snack while waiting for our Hammee’s burger (see other review) and found Liang Liang. Actually, we followed the queue and decided to try this too. A tiny plate of carrot cake but packs a punch load of wok hei with its yummy egg coated carrot cake cubes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another hawker around my hood that served really nice plate of Fried Carrot Cake. Their carrot cake is soft and moist, fried till fragrant with a little char. It's also on a sweeter side which is what i like too. Gonna try his white carrot cake next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried black and white carrot cake and both tasted average. Too mushy for my liking. Also not a fan of the disposable cutleries. There was a generous amount of spring onion though. Uncle was very friendly too. E-payment was available.
