Bought a dining table from them. Check the item at the showroom prior to purchase. Item came damaged either during delivery or during packing. The damaged on the cap resulted paint on the legs to be damaged as well. Raised this issue and they replaced the cap but simply did not acknowledge the scratch in the legs. Feedback to them and they simply ignore. Future buyers, please do not accept any items that are damaged during deliver. Ask them to take it back and likely you will have a recourse otherwise good luck.

Bought a kartell floor lamp from them. It was delivered on the 14th Jan after a 4 month wait. Fast forward 3 weeks to today, the lamp fell apart and this massive ball dropped out of it. It had a retail price of 1800 sgd even though we paid about 1400 due to a discount. For a lamp that fell apart in a matter of 3 weeks. What’s worse than a defective lamp was the customer service. I called and spoke to Clarence. I was anxious in getting the lamp fixed and wanted to understand the process of repairing defective goods but all he wanted to do was to brush me off and get off the phone. He was disinterested and impatient. He even insinuated that I have damaged the lamp after delivery which left me even more infuriated. When I left a review on FB, they disabled the reviews section. I feel terrible for paying this price for a defective lamp + sub par after sales service. Update: So I spoke to a lady named Amy and she’s a lot more helpful. sent someone and got it fixed swiftly.

A spacious showroom, i like the contemporary and artistic design of furniture, and the sofa feels great too!
