They even loaned us 2 chairs to use until our own new chairs were ready, and told us to use it as if it was our own and not to worry if it breaks, they can fix it. Never had such good service before. They were also very flexible when we decided to change the coating colour after we had left the shop, communication via Whatsapp was easy. Looking forward to receiving our new chairs soon. Thumbs up!

When I had some spoilt parts on old purchases due to wear and tear, the owner was more than helpful in providing spare parts they had and looking for solutions. They can do bespoke pieces if you provide them with your designs. Prices are reasonable.

Asked what we were looking for, I said just wanted to look around (because I didn't know what they had). He insisted again, that we had to tell him what we were looking for. So if we don't say what we are looking for we can't enter the shop? While looking at a couple of potential pieces but we forgot what was the dimensions at our place, he again dismissed us: let's talk when you're ready to buy. Great customer service. However, another guy was friendly. So I suspect its just this particular fellow who had a bad attitude. Seriously spoiled my day. Don't understand why have to be rude to potential customers.

I was intrigued by an antique store and wanted to look-see, but the staff at the entrance said that I had no reason to enter because I was not going to buy anything. Is window shopping not allowed anymore now? How would I know if I would purchase anything if I did not even get a chance to enter the store? Super disappointed with customer service. Are all customers rejected from entering the store, or is it just because I am not a fully grown adult? Please give respect to younger audiences that enjoy vintage products too.

Service is excellent, they do offer delayed collection/delivery of pieces and customised pieces as well. While waiting for your customised furniture, they are willing to loan you a piece to use for the time being. I have purchased a white piece and the wood oils continued to stain through the paint work after a few months and they took it back to re-work it for me. Highly recommended.

Take your time to stroll n select as many many pieces some hidden away in corners. Prices range from fair to expensive but one can haggle a little to get a fair bargain. Worth a visit for sure.

When we were barely in the store for 5 mind, one of their staff, a skinny uncle who is bilingual, told us “I open store is to sell, not a museum”. That totally put us off. To be honest, their prices are very affordable, but that attitude is horrible and rude. We will also share these with the people we know, which also includes expats, that this shop has very horrible and rude salesperson.
