Good service and convenient location! Bought my pendent light from this shop. Was served by Gewel and she was friendly and helpful with the multiple questions we had on lights and fans. Thanks!

Customer service is OK. Do expect to make a second trip back to collect your items because they do not stock inventory in their showroom. They will not deliver to your address, you must go back to pick up from Ubi. It sucks.

Worst experience of buying products in Singapore. Bought the hue square down lights and a few other items on a Friday and was told that the products need to brought in from their warehouse on Monday. Went home and realized that my cutouts were different sizes so rushed back the next morning (Saturday) before they even have the products ready for me to cancel the down lights. Was told that they will charge me 7% for cancellation on a product I have not even picked up yet but they will see what they can do. Monday comes around and they did charge me the cancellation fee! So I told them I don’t want any of the lights purchased! Cancelled my $520 order and was charged the 7%. Unless your 110% about what your buying don’t go to these people - even then I would suggest to go elsewhere. As other reviews stated unprofessional people to deal with!!!!

did my research and call before i visited to ensure there is stock(Ubi branch). was served by Gewel, bubbly and helpful. very impressed with her product knowledge. she knows the Philips product ranges and able to advise me the specs of the bulbs i am looking for. high recommended.

First time writing a review but had to due to the really bad customer service and company. Ordered 2 lights for the living room, one of them was fine (white) but the other turned out to be yellow. They claimed that the 2 lights were the last in stock. Understandably, we would want the 2 lights in our living room to be the exact same, otherwise it would be unsightly. However, the customer service refused to allow us to refund / exchange both, but instead only allowed us to refund / exchange one of them for a different type of light, which is absurd as obviously we would not want 2 different lights in the living room. Absolutely poor post purchase customer service. Would recommend anyone looking for lights to go with another option.

I bought more than nine fittings for my house, one of them go dim after eight months of installation by their contractor. Try calling the shop in Jalan Berseh, the phone is never pick up or engaged. Now email to their main office, see whether they will call me.
