★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad customer service, the 2 female staff at this outlet don’t even deserve a star. Went up to their second level to look for kitchen sinks and nobody bothered to come up to attend to us even after about 20 minutes. FYI there weren’t any customers at that point. When we went down, I saw the Chinese staff was playing mobile game and she guiltily kept her phone when she heard us. Totally disappointed at their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service provided by their staffs on separate visits were great! They were patient and helpful in assisting us to find products that suited our house. The price stated is so much cheaper than somewhere else we went. Worth the visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money! They offer the big brands like Grohe, hansgrohe, American Standard etc. But do give their own inhouse brand a try too! Some h+m items have solid finishing. Look for Jennifer when you are there. Such a hardworking lady with superb service attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove through the rain and paid $3 for parking all for a 15 mins self-tour around this bathroom warehouse outlet because the staff were too busy gossiping. They didn’t even acknowledge us and other customers upon entering, both sales ladies barely moved from their positions and had their eyes on each other the entire time, talking like no one else was present and pretty loudly too I must say. Robots would have provided better service!! Extremely poor experience, would give 0 stars if I could. Please avoid at all costs, your time might be better spent at the changi branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very knowledgeable. This is slightly smaller than their Changi store but of course very accessible. Prices are very good especially if there are sales. Brands include the usual European ones as well as their in house brand which is significantly cheaper.
