Worst Staff, Worst Worst Worst.
Have been to many LiHO , I have never recieved a C8 drink which is as watery as i recieved here. Its just plain water with some light milk and may be a sniff of avacodo.
I asked for paper holder and it was rude reply.
If some one who really loves LiHO, This place should be completely avoided at all cost and should be closed down if possible

β β β β β Would give this outlet zero if possible. Understand that during peak hour queues can get really crazy but the service attitude should not be compromised either. The outlet's Operational manager if I am not wrong by the name of Qijuan (as seen from their nametag), super unprofessional and pulling a long face all the time. When asked for plastic bag, haven't even had time to ans with a yes or no, she would just walk off, and once overheard her telling her other staffs in chinese "dont know why people will take so long to give a simple ans" .
Ordered no ice drink, the drink came warm, feedback to her and she didn't even bother to make a new cup. Have never patronised this outlet ever since

β β β β β I bought their Cheese Mango Smoothie for the first time. They only have the large cup for this flavour.
The cheese tastes a bit interesting at first, but it starts to grow on you. It's quite nice after you get used to the taste. The mango smoothie tastes amazing, but do NOT mix the cheese & mango unless you want a weird tasting smoothie.
Drink them separately.
