We ordered large but give small size.
We ordered zero sugar level but give us high sugar level.
We felt disappointed on the service.

β β β β β employee, especially the somewhat blonde-haired with glasses girl, is rude and impatient. DROPPED my change into my hand and impaitiently waited for me to pick the change up while holding the receipt. bear in mind that there wasn't any customers behind me. also made my order wrongly and still said that i didnt say my order properly when it was clear. i am very disappointed.

β β β β β My eldest son went to get the bubble tea, a chinese girl insist saying that he can only buy 1 classic milk tea. I ask him to get normal milk tea, she said the milk tea is all the same. In the menu, there is classic milk tea, brown sugar milk tea, why put different code if it is the same??? Just because a boy went to buy, is this how you treat? Want to buy, not asking for free, also very difficult. What nonsense is this.

β β β β β Tried LiHOβs Christmas drink Peachy Berry Shake and itβs so pretty! Opt for 50% sugar level and itβs just nice, very delicious and refreshing. The surprise candy cane and Christmas stickers are cute touches too!
