★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great taste and service! My mom takes this to control inflammation from her rheumatoid arthritis condition - it helps to control chronic pain in joints. Highly recommended - our favourite is the ginger and lemongrass flavour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this in NTUC and was sold after the first bottle. My fav is the Earl Grey flavour. Was on a subscription but decided to buy fresh from NTUC instead since it does ferment more after 7 days. Price is reasonable though and would recommend for people new to kombucha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first found out about Yocha during Boutiques Fair and have been repurchasing until I finally took a leap of faith to sign up for a monthly subscription! No regrets - flavours are delicious (Hibiscus & Pineapple and Strawberry Mint being my favourites) and also Lawrence and Amanda have been extremely helpful! Most of all, regular intake of kombucha definitely has a positive effect on my digestion. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant and unpleasant service by a male staff in his 40s-50s who seemed like the owner when we visited the stall at the Boutique Fair. We requested to have a taste and he obviously judged us, only offering 1/5 of a tiny taster cup for 2 of us and hurriedly turned away. We were turned off so we left right away.
Don't suppose such a business would last if led by someone with such mindset. And I definitely wouldn't support this brand at any of their stockists.

If so, perhaps you (or your staff) could have been more cautious of your facial expression to not portray haughtiness that we quickly picked up on back then. No one would purchase, let alone shamelessly request for a refill, when faced with such treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yocha's kombucha drinks are locally made and they offer subscription services in which they'll deliver to your doorstep on a weekly basis. You can also return them the empty, washed bottles for recycling when the courier comes to drop off and pick up the previous week's bag/bottles. Subscription service is more economical than retail purchase if you want to have kombucha regularly. Give Yocha a try!
