I had a pleasant experience - was greeted warmly by Hanna. The salon has a great ambience and very relaxing! I had raw honey head spa by therapist, Rie. Loved her massage and her professionalism. Would definitely be back! ☺️

Great ambience. Did a cut + 60 min cream bath. Super relaxing head massage, I tried so hard not to sleep. My scalp feels super refreshed! Yoshi cut my hair in the private room too. He is very detailed in his explanation and will recommend what cut to do. Staff are professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend this place.

Was a really pleasant experience! This place gives you the privacy but also makes sure you feel cozy! The service is 10/10. Response to book appointment is prompt, polite and quick too. Toya did the cream bath for me! I've never had someone treat my hair so gently even while drying my hair :') (most hairstylists would just ruffle your hair like it's grass haha) but that being said, the head massage had just the right amount of strength! It was so good and so relaxing!! Not to mention I came out of the spa with much smoother softer hair! Highly recommend checking out this place if you're looking for a session to destress and unwind! Love it! Will definitely be coming back! :)

Hi reader, do you like to be cancelled last minute? Do you like to be rejected at door step when you're just 1 minute away from the shop? Do you like to be declined when you have tried your best to rush down and did your diligence to inform 1 hour before appointment that you will be slightly late - so that the shop can perhaps inform the next customer in line that their appointment might be slightly delayed? Do you like to have your appointment been quietly canceled? If you like to have your schedule all disrupted, then yes, go ahead to reserve with Lily Spa. Their lack of empathy and compassion totally disgusts me. They have no initiative to even advise at the start not to come down and reschedule since their time is "so packed" - shouldn't they tell me that when I first told them I'll be 15 minutes late, then when I arrived they said no can't take in. It took me 40 minutes to travel reached their shop and been rejected. A shop that doesn't understand and value customer's time doesn't deserve to be respected. A huge disappointment.

I usually do not leave reviews, but this place is definitely the best head spa in Singapore. I am a customer since almost two years and I try to come here weekly, as far as possible. The spa is very nice and quite and the treatments are done in a private rooms which I really appreciate. I usually book the 60min Cream Bath with Toya. He is very talented and gentle with my sensitive scalp and hair, which have definitely improved since I’m coming here. The massage is very relaxing and I often fall asleep. I recently decided to also get my hair cut here and was very pleased with the service that Yoshi provided. He was very conscientious and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. What I like most is the very good and consistent service that is hard to find elsewhere. The staff is very forthcoming and polite.

Did the 45min cream bath for the first time today as I ended work early and they managed to slot me in. Narumi was really kind and accommodating. The massage was so relaxing it was hard to stay awake. I have long hair and it took some time to dry but she was so patient? Will definitely come again. Thank you!

Did the organic scalp and hair spa with Narumi. Was so relaxing, especially so for someone who has been really tense and stressed. I dozed off halfway thru the session as it was so comfortable. Amazing experience, and would definitely come back!

It was a fantastic and relaxing head spa. I have really, really long hair and rarely went for treatments because in the past salons used to treat it roughly. But Kana was so gentle with me, your hair is safe in their hands :) They also went the extra mile w/ mailing me the complementary products because it was out of stock that day. So, yeah. I'll be coming again.
