β β β β β If you are not prepared to splash at least $700 to $1000, donβt come here, because they will keep selling you packages and will continue to sell you more and more packages once you signed up. They will hard sell you every single time you come although you still have many sessions but they will non stop selling you other services and all are in package. Thatβs how youβll get stuck with them. Youβll only end up having a stressful time coming here.

β β β β β Very annoying they keep upsell you . Feels like harassment . Suppose to be a relaxing pedicure session but ended up felt SUPER stressed out . Couldnβt enjoy and left feeling like an idiot FOR Paying so many different things and buying things you didnβt want to but felt coerced to!!!
Still have 8 sessions , but they still ask u to buy additional sea salt , after that ask you to add strengthening, add on fungus treatment $388 ?!!???? If not then do $188 , $128β¦β¦
Then ask u to buy additional treatment this and thatβ¦.. omg !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really left a very bad impression.
I have signed a few packages with them but didnβt make any complaint . But really getting from bad to worse .

β β β β β Visited Tanjong Pagar outlet today and totally disappointed.
I am a loyal customer in this outlet and have been here for years to experience the service going from bad to worst. The nail technician was very unfriendly. Lectured me to combine another treatment which I said no. Instructed me to put down my legs. Threw the nail kits in the basket in a rude way. She looked really unhappy to do her job, which I think she shouldnβt do that as someone who is dedicating herself to provide service?
I will try other outlets and just finish up my package and no more renewal after this. Pixie spa owner should train the staffs on how to conduct service better if they donβt want to lose customers. Really unprofessional. I prefer old spa technicians.

β β β β β Visited here on a weekday around 2pm and there was one customer. We bought the pedicure voucher from fave so decided to drop by this outlet since we work nearby. Can choose between gelish and classic. Service was prompt and good. Decided to sign a classic pedicure package for $200 for 8 times. Can share so we just thought why not. reading about other people saying they will hard sell. We didnβt experience it but will take note.

β β β β β Iβm a regular customer but service standards recently have really fallen. I just spent close to two hours getting a standard soak off and nail gel mani - the lady spent half an hour finding my records, needed guidance on getting the nail shape symmetrical, forgot to apply the vitamin gel so had to undo her work, applied the wrong colors until I pointed it out, couldnβt get the painting right and one finger looked especially bulbous and needed a redo, and forgot to apply the nail oil at the end (but Iβve completely given up at this point and have left).

β β β β β Been a customer with this outlet for about 3yrs, all the therapists are good & skilled. But I especially like Sharon for her nailart skills meeting my requests. Their antifungal pedicure treatment is very effective.

β β β β β When I first found this place with fave voucher, I was skeptical like anybody else. Had heard tons of stories about hard sell packages. However, after with them for near to 3 years, I'm still here with them and don't feel any hard sell packages as heard.
My nails was very brittle and hard to maintain. But my nails grown stronger and could even started to draw pretty designs on it!
I never had to fret over my nails with the professional care and help from nail artist- Sharon throughout my sessions here.
