This is the worst management I ever encounter in this property. The management have pull down the rate of this property and regret of the getting it after the MA and security guards have been adding on so much problem to us instead of solving our problems since shifted.

i am on Stay Home Notice(SHN) means cannot go out from house and have to minimize people contact ... Food delivery is the only way to get my lunch. The delivery man called me and told me the lift is not moving. I asked him put my food at guard house. I called the management office, a lady told me that the lift need hrs for checking. I told her about my situation. she asked: are you hungry?(it was about 230pm, and the food is for my lunch. Ya, i m hungry...but no choices... )... Then, The management lady insist to send my food to my doorstep! i rejected her a few times because my house is at floor 9! But, she said: No problem, i very fast one! yes! she is fast! She delivered my food to my doorstep in 10 mins! Many thanks to her! I have to write this post before my lunch because i am feeling blessed that someone who concern whether I am hungry or not when i am SHN. I forgot to ask her name, her hp number ended with 799. Thank you very much. Thanks!

Lilydale management is truly the worst management I have ever seen. The office staffs r very arrogant and untrained. I am owner of 1 of the unit from Lilydale for 15 years. And last week, it was 1st time I was stopped by them and not allow me to go back to my house just because I have no access card. They told me even Singapore ic also can't let me go in back to my own house if I have no access card. I believe Singapore IC is the official identity card for all Singapore citizens. So what makes them think access card is higher than Singapore IC? Just wanna share my experience here.

This is probably the best condo in the north of Singapore. The main drawback is that it is quite far from the MRT station. However there is a convenient daily shuttle buses that takes just 10mns to bring you there and Northpoint Center large shopping center. If you have a car it takes only 20 to 30mn to reach downtown depending on the traffic. With the coming North South corridor this will be even easier. For shopping you have everything you need around the corner together with a couple food courts offering a very good choice of dishes. That shopping corner is not your boring aircon mall but a nice gallery of small shops with a very friendly atmosphere. There is a nice park adjacent to the condo and Yishun park is just a stone throw away. Now the condo itself. The blocks have an open U shape that gives the place a very airy feel. The swimming pool has a nice free form shape surrounded by palm and coconut trees. It does not feel like you are surrounded by towers of concrete. There are 2 functions rooms, a tennis court, many BBQ pits, games for the kids and more. The apartments are rather large and well laid out compared to many places I have visited. The property is very well maintained and clean. The people living there are really nice and quiet. It is a very nice place to live. The best thing is that this place is one of the cheapest you can buy or rent. There should be a very good potential for appreciation with all the developments coming around the neighborhood and the plan for more connections of the area. Full 5 stars.

The environment is serene and peaceful. The landscape gives you a resort like feeling. Units there are larger than the newly launched condo and the price is alot more affordable. Amenities like supermarkets, wet market stalls, hair salons, childcare, bakeries etc are all within walking distance. The condo has a shuttle bus service for its residents commuting between the condo and North point shopping mall, so you don't feel inconvenience at all. There are three parks nearby and the popular Chong Pang village is only a 10 mins drive away. There are also a few neighborhood schools nearby, including the popular ChongFu school.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the management of LILYDALE for providing excellent services.... And also thank the security officer, Mr Veeran for being so polite, professional and friendly to me. Good job guys....

Security was friendly and helpful. Nice big pool and a kid's pool for younger children.
