Poor recommendation! It's as bad as it's worth, cheap! Sent my newphew for a haircut there only to get a low quality result. They had an errant & rude cashier with bad attitude on duty. Lousiest treatment I've ever experienced.

Im not aware that the shop open at 10am. BUT the shop stated there OPEN! And this lady wearing specs was cutting a guys hair.. And i waited outside! Waiting for my turn.. After the guy left she take the key without saying anything to me! She lock the door.. Please educate ur hairdresser to use communication skills.. Make me feels like shes racist.. And im not gonna recommend anyone to go there, just happen afew minutes. And theres alot of people outside the shop saw me waiting and she lock the door... Very damm rude!!! I wish i can give 0 star..

I went to highlight and dye my hair. They offered a price $79.80 + $89.90 respectively. At any time I don't think any other place could come up with this price, so I gladly took it when they offered a total of $150. Only thing was the highlights were too yellow and bright for my liking and it didn't look like the colour I chose at the beginning. I understand that everyone's hair will have slightly different results. However mine was too different from the colour I chose. Thus only 3 stars.

Friendly hairdressers make you feel welcome. Some may not like the long wait which is to be expected due to the low fees. Each haircut is only $4.80 when I have my haircut today. FYI, it use to be $3.80 a few months back.

Best stylist, Stella. Responsible n meticulous. Staff very friendly n helpful too. Only thing shop is old n needs renovation front n interior fir better experience

Did my 1st scalp treatment was good and detail. 2nd time was totally lost the professionalism! Ampoule was applied roughly and dripping down to my forehead at 2x. Scalp exfoliating doesn’t done it well as it’s very quick in 2mns. Hair washing not properly done as my scalp can still feel the itchiness. Hair blowing I don’t demand that much?the whole process was rushing and not proper done as I’m quite disappointed after I signed up their package. Will just complete it and will not step it anymore after that. Think twice before u commit a scalp treatment package with them.

Very bad service at this branch. I had bought a hair loss package at another Branch with no expiry date, but apparently they are not willing to serve though is under same company. My package could be used at any of the branches. They had made me went there twice and wasted my time, though with appt fixed but ended up didn't get to do any service at all. 1st time, wanted to do treatment over labour day long weekend, was told appt queue was very long, not able to squeeze in. So fixed on 1 week later, Thurs after the holiday. When went there, was told the person who fix my appt was on MC, but later found out it was a lie, and instead of MC, was on off day. Since it is her off day, then why fixed my appt on a day when she is absent. So fixed on next day, and when I told Ana that since was told to come again today, and it is a second time I attempt to come, and my appt was fixed by her colleague yesterday. Then was told that since she is not around, she don't know there is an appt fixed. When told her it's OK, i will call office to lodge a complain, she even ask if I have office phone number. How silly, of course I have it in my card.
