★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite Hokkien Fried Mee. #hkm. The frying skill is excellent and the this has All the Traditional ingredients - pork lard, pork slices, sotong, prawns. Also extra crunchy ikan bilis on the side for extra crunch. Ref photo for special add on by request only (secret menu item). Trivia: uncle Tan Kue Lim (thus "LIM's" HKM) is Tan Kue KIM's brother. Both brothers do HKM. I prefer this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit light on the taste for my liking compared to other Hokkien mee but still giving it 5 stars for the really balanced taste. Sambal is nice, prawns are fresh, pork belly tastes great.
