★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. Totally unprofessional and lack of knowledge of alteration. I even doubt if the owner knows how to alter or not. Ruin my two dresses. I have already kept quite when the lady measured for me, she was rushing time and chasing me to faster try. I didn’t say much cuz I just wanna give chance, maybe the old lady would do a nice job? (we young people don’t dare to judge old people nowadays. Too much pressure). Turns out. The dress is uneven, measurement all wrong, I didn’t even bother sending them back and re-do. I would spend another money to approach other shops.
