Ah where do I start? I came across Ling Jewellery many years ago and kept her in mind for when I was ready to reset my engagement solitaire ring.i didnt think of any place else. Fast forward 10 years later and so glad I got to consult Ling and reset my ring. They absolutely nailed it with the consultation, design, workmanship and vision. Truly beautiful and I couldn't ask for a more perfect ring and designer. <3

This is a way long overdue review! Sorry Ling! Hope you still remember this lovely piece you did for us :) We bought our wedding rings from Ling towards the end of 2020 for our wedding in May'21. My wife and me went around the famous Tanjong Pagar stretch of jewellery shops but we weren't too impressed by the service. Most if not all of them were along the lines of "give me what design you want, we'll do", also, they have a limited selection of items to view. Ling Jewellery was actually our last stop for the day and we weren't too hopeful due to the earlier experiences. However, the visit to Ling was absolutely wonderful. As she designs and produces her own jewellery, there was a large selection of rings at her store which we could draw inspiration from. My wife and me went in 'blind' without any idea of how we envisage our final wedding rings. The design with Ling was like a journey rather than a process where she showed us various designs, live models and inspirations which we could draw inspiration from. Only took us a few hours for us to design our final wedding rings thanks to Ling's professional and expert advices! If you're looking for a place for any jewellery related, Ling Jewellery will definitely be the only place you should visit!

A long over due review... Ling Jewellery is more than just a jeweler that sells exquisitely designed, and whimsical pieces, they take the time to develop a relationship with the buyer and provides solid advice for someone who needs to impress his significant other. Never pushy with their sales, they give you all the time and space you need to consider making this important purchase, which would help mark this important milestone in a couple's journey. If you are looking for a whimsical experience then look no further head down to their store and be blown away by the service, professionalism and of course the jewellery.

Ling and her husband Andrew were both very friendly and humorous. Ling taught us about diamonds and their ? is definitely top quality. Returned to get our wedding bands and Andrew served us. He brought us many rings to try on and also to match with the E.ring and also recommended a few designs which we had in mind. We had quite a short timeline as our wedding date was less than 2 months away. Ling Jewellery delivered excellent service and quality jewellery. Would recommend my friends and anyone who wants to get their Engagement ring or wedding bands to visit them.

My fiance and I visited all the mainstream jewellery stores before deciding to have our wedding rings made by Ling Jewellery! Andrew was super friendly, patient and very good at suggesting ring designs based on our preferences. We loved that there was an amazing variety of rings to choose from, and that the price was still comparable to that of other mid-range jewellers. Highly, highly recommend :)

Reasonable pricing for bespoke jewellery. Perfect service that is all about finding the right pieces for you. This is my first time getting bespoke jewellery and it felt daunting to even make any appointments. However, Ling and team were very pleasant to work with! You can tell that they are only satisfied if you are happy with what you are going to purchase. I ended up getting both engagement ring and wedding bands here. We had fun creating our unique pieces that speak to our personalities. My fiancé and I wanted to design the engagement ring together and was introduced by our friend to come to Ling. It was an amazing experience through and through. We had a few pictures for inspiration and Colleen really took the time to understand what we wanted and liked. She carefully sketched it out till we achieved our desired look & then sent us a full render of it. We bought our engagement ring and wedding bands from Ling. After browsing through many stores, we felt Ling was the best in terms of quality, service and value.
