My brows artist Siaw Hui, is very detailed in explaining the process as well as patiently drawing out a beautiful set of brows for me. It was challenging because my natural brow bone is very high. But Siaw Hui expertly drew out well-balanced brows for me.
Siaw Hui was very dedicated in doing my brows embroidery and constantly made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She was a true professional. The brows suit my face shape very well.
I am very impressed with her service, and I very happily bought 1 more session of touch up to be utilized within the year. There was absolutely no hardselling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm thankful for Viki, she's dedicated and listens carefully to my needs. I loved so much my 1st facial that I purchased right away a customized glow treatment facial package. She didn't push for it at all.
Then, since I'm new to Singapore's weather and food, I started breaking out and Viki knew exactly how to treat my acne.
I've tried the backne facial too and I'm hooked. It's relaxing and effective.

The treatment itself included high quality Sothys products of course, and in addition the Facialist was wonderful - expert, relaxing and a great strong massage. A key thing I look for in facials is that the Facialist does not do nothing while the masks set or the steaming process is underway - in this treatment I got shoulder, arms and a face massage at various points. I loved the treatment and my skin is still looking great 3 days later. Thank you!
