★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a ColdStorage at the back of the mall very hidden but its there. Place recently had added quite a number of eateries and is located right opposite the MRT. Is a place to note if you are looking for a quick bite before moving off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a cold storage outlet at level. You can drive straight up to level 2 right in front of cold storage. I won't call this a shopping mall. There few shops in the retail area. The building is situated next to King Albert MRT Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out, Weekend parking grace period is only 15mins. As such u will incurred additional parking cost if u just stop by to grab a burger at BK or just go to CS to buy some daily necessities. Weekday is ok as the grace period is 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old building where quite a number of eateries including Burger King have set up shop recently. There is also a reasonably size Cold Storage supermarket, a Buddhist Centre, wall climbing outlet and indoor toddler pool.
There 1 hour free parking only on weekdays.
