★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a very small mall that is either dead or full of tuition centers. Its more for the residences upstairs and nearby. Even so its very dead haha. Just a appendix of the bukit timah plaza area more of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mall has a confusing layout and the Main entrance is hard to find. There are a decent number of shops in the area but not much. The only way to get to B1 of the mall is through the lift. There are many stores outside and there is a cinema here. It is convenient for the local residents and Ngee Ann Poly students to come by. Overall, an decent mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is quite a new mall in recent years. Its has unique cinema within the mall. There is a variety of eating outlets such as Thai, burgers, Korean, viet fusion and coffee places. Don't expect a huge mall for shopping. The next larger mall within the precinct is Bukit Timah Plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a gem which eagle eye centre and a cinema, nice eaglewings loft eatery. Now added with more vendors like 4fingers, clinics and more. Attracts lots of younger generation to dine here. Awesome place if you stay around here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall is unique in a sense that it houses the Eagle Eye Centre, numerous eateries/shops, a minimart and a posh cinema. I watched a few movies at the Eagle Cinema - Premium Lounge. The cinema is not big, but it has a lot of leg room. There is space for a few small side tables and table lamps in each row of seats. However, in my recent visit, I couldn't place my leg comfortably as the table was getting in the way. I was sitting in the middle row as such it's a little squeeze. The best seat is at the extreme end as there's more space. You get to watch a movie while having your lunch/dinner. Free flow of hot & cold drinks are available while waiting. You're free to get refill during lunch/dinner. It's a worthy experience for anyone who has never been to such a cinema.
