B	Bivithara Pillai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super horrible, the wait time is horrible and it's really a nightmare having to wait here with a sick child and not being attended to promptly. Waited for 3 hours before being called in for consultation. Receptionist told me that I had to wait for only half an hr as I had 6 people before me. 3 hours for 6 people? Really? What is the damn difference between govt hospital and private clinics if we need to wait same hours but pay more for private clinic consultation? Wake up SG private clinics!!!!!! Be more freaking organised!!!! Please do not just charge blindly and fail to deliver prompt and efficient service

The clinic also has a very nice ambience with toys to entertain children. Overall was a very pleasant experience and would recommend.

The receptionist was very friendly especially towards my girl. The ambience and toys also aided in keeping my girl calm during the entire visit. Doctor was very nice and professional, listening patiently and explaining things clearly. Highly recommended!
B	Boon Sim Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ????? clinic is clean and neat, counter staff is polite. doctor is very friendly. did my pre-departure ART with my family and everything went smoothly. when we reached, there are a few people but i think they are just waiting for the results, so we are still the first and the process from registration to the actual swab was less than 10 mins. still waiting for the results now but i see other reviews saying 10-30 mins. note: either remember you passport number or bring your passport along. i brought our's just in case.
L	Limteh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our preferred GP was packed so decided to visit this GP based on the reviews. Doctor was detailed in his explanation and friendly. Waiting time was long even though there was only one patient before us but it is still acceptable. Young lady staff (without spectacles) seems more inexperienced but she was rushing around with patient's swab tests, dispensing medicine and answering queries to the best of her knowledge. She was friendly and patient compared to the other lady staff at the registration counter. The place was constantly wiped and cleaned which is great.

He is very attentive and answered our questions kindly without rushing. The counter staff also both very nice and helpful. Although many patients in clinic, they are very calm and make peaceful feeling. Quite long time to wait but with this kind of service We don't mind. The clinic also looks clean and comfy. This clinic will be our preference for next time. Thank you doctor and all the staff ????
