★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for breakfast, located within an industrial estate, with many stalls offering a wide varieties of food. Prices here are rather competitive and generally comparable to traditional coffee shops in Singapore. Starts operating very early in the morning. Ample parking space available if you are driving but parking fees apply though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking is free for 30 minutes!!!! It was good when you are able to sit in and eat. But due to HA phase 2 , no dining in is allow. So the food wise is not as nice as seated in. But the coffee standard is still good !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on a Saturday evening. Only the Zi Char stall & China stall was opened. Ate the zi Char. The promotional crab was sold out. Opted for 2 for $38 instead. The crabs were fresh. Portion of other dishes such as sweet potato leaves was rather big. I didn't like the rice. They used lower quality grains. But one bowl of rice is only 50 cents. Service was fast & polite. Surprisingly there was streams of people, most probably workers ending their shift. Parking was easy, as there wasn't much cars.
