Little Caesars Pizza - Holland Village

The pizza took a while to be served, but it was definitely worth the wait. It was piping hot and taste great! We ordered the stuffed crust pepperoni for $12.49.

Had the deep dish, dough was tasty. Cheese was just right amount of gooey goodness. not as deep dish as I thought it should be, but price was a-ok affordable.

Very poor experience, if I can put zero stars I would. Ordered pizzas delivery. 4 large for 49.9 combo. All turn out to be regular. Not only that the pizzas are deformed and full of ants. Freaking disappointed. Customer service is slow in processing back refund too.

I just wanted to say that their online ordering system (not Grab, this is Little Caesar's own online ordering page littlecaesarsdelivery.sg) exceeded my expectations. After ordering the system told me 90 minutes estimated delivery (which was a surprise and shock to me, if I had known such a long delivery time would be needed I would have ordered somewhere else). Upon contacting their online customer service I was attended to by a very nice agent "Mary Ann" who explained to me how the 90 minutes was calculated (it was an extremely safe and conservative calculation). I told them that it's too much time and was assured that the pizza would arrive within 50 minutes of my order. It ended up arriving in 40 minutes. This is during a Saturday night at 8pm and I am 10 minutes away from the restaurant. So in all, a very good experience and I am very satisfied with their customer service and will continue eating at their outlets around the island when I am in the mood for fast pizza. Thank you. Perfect pizza experience. Did a delivery and was on time. Pizza was still hot when arrived. Great tasting dough, ham was delicious and the special cheese bread was awesome. Not pricy even compare to another 1 for 1 pizza. Best of all, it’s 12inch. Equivalent to Large. Will order again!

Ordered many times from them as kids love their pizza. Today my stuffed crust came as a pan crust, so naturally I when onto their chat to inform them. Poor service recovery as Vanessa says they can only refund the $6.99 stuffed crust portion, and I had to swallow the 7% GST paid on that. As a comparison, other fast food chains will arrange to deliver the items again FOC. Not so bothered about the money portion, just that I feel service recovery could be improved.

Love the flavour of the pizza dough, which I think help to enhance the overall taste of the pizza. Pepperoni is my personal favourite and their version really hits the spot for me. Definitely coming back for more, especially when I'm craving for good pizzas.
