1) its rose facing backwards
2) an oval shaped balloon rather than the round type they advertised
3) stickers not properly pasted on to the balloon.
Unprofessional, false advertising company.

β β β β β We engaged them for the 100 day celebration of two babies in our family, but due to a medical emergency of one of the children and the COVID-19 situation (Circuit Breaker), we had to postpone the event.
Even then, Little Red Balloon Events were not very understanding. They were very inflexible on postponing it until after the COVID-19/Circuit Breaker situation, even though the event was sufficiently far into the future that they probably hadnβt incurred any of the material costs to prepare for our event.
In our view they werenβt even reasonable in offering us a reasonable proportion of the original amount.
Unfortunately, we ended up only getting less than a third of our money back.
We would STRONGLY recommend against using this company.

They also came early on my wedding day to start decorating. My guests were impressed with the whole decoration. Two thumbs up to Little Red Balloon!
