★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a machine in February 2019. Machine was working very well and was so pleased with the purchase. The service extended was just as great too. About three weeks back, the temperature of the water started to become intermittent. Representative from the company tested and insisted that machine is working well. The representative said that there were 5 pairs of eyes witnessing the test. However, I am still facing issues with the intermittent temperature of the cold and hot water but they don't believe. There is no way of proving the fault of the machine except for them to take it back and try it out for a few days. The office number provided has a voice message that keeps prompting that the number is not available - Simply awful and very unfortunate. Extremely upset and frustrated.!

Have been using current method of boiling and storing hot water, ambient temp water for the longest time….now when 3 becomes 1, the effort can be redirected to doing other chores while we can enjoy hot/cold/ambient water readily!
Appreciate LiveinPure for your patience in addressing my queries and concerns. And also the installation was fast and furious. Within 20mins, my family has instant drinking water.
Once again, thank you LiveinPure! Would recommend LiveinPure to users who are keen to get a dispenser.
