Had placed an order through Lazada and it has been 4 days now.. they promised next day delivery but not yet delivered till now...going to cancel and place an order with a good supplier

They delivered me a wrong model, and when I request a follow up via msg, they doing slow and rude to me as if I’m not suppose to follow up when the fault is at their end, so based on my experience I’ll total avoid this seller with no customer service and give rude attitude, save myself from disaster there is somewhere else worth my money n effort.

I would even give negative star. Bought a storage bed for only 1 year and the hydraulic system is spoiled due to the bed base wood using chip wood. As hydraulic system is with 5 years warranty, I request for warranty replacement, they did sent their repair men (they are late and I have to keep calling) to came with the hydraulic but did not replace because the repair men told me he base wood already crack so there's no way to screw and fix the hydraulic, and they need to ask their office to get back to me. I texted the office, after many days & texts then the customer service told me no more warranty for bed. This is so disappointing!
