Made false claims that my wife had labor contractions, of which she had difficulty justifying. A second opinion by another gynaecologist could not verify the accuracy of her claim.
Pressured my wife to give birth on a particular weekday, by saying "If you don't give birth today, I am afraid to be your doctor"
Withheld critical safety information regarding Thomson Medical Centre's (TMC) lack of 24/7 available gynaecologists at its operating premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic clinic. I highly appreciate how easy it is to get through to the clinic as they pick up the phone almost immediately, everytime. If you try calling enough gynae clinics you will know how many of them never pick up the calls.
Service is efficient and professional, and there is usually not much waiting time. Clinic premises are clean, well-maintained and comfortable with sufficient seating at the spacious waiting area.
Finally, Dr Sim Lee Ngor is such a lovely lady and I will miss seeing her so much. She is a fine balance of professionalism and friendliness, careful detailed attention while being reassuring, and she is always willing to explain the pros and cons of everything when you pose her questions.
It has always been a pleasure for every visit there. Thank you so much for the wonderful service from all the ladies there ? ? Well done!
