LookStudio was not at all flexible in accommodating especially during the covid period. I had to literally beg her to accommodate for postponement of my wedding reception makeup(due to valid reasons, and also months in advance) and was extremely stressed during the period. It was really very scary talking to her, and she was the least friendly among all my other wedding vendors. Apart from the immense stress from the frequent changes in measures due to covid, I had to deal with her not-nice behaviour during that time, which just added to my stress levels. Her Facebook reviews are all disabled.(For some reason) I only knew about her behaviour through word of mouth from my friends, after booking her. Very uncomfortable to work with, as I had to use her makeup credits on a separate occasion.(She did not allow return of deposit $) She was very stiff and unfriendly as well on that day. Said hi to her at the lobby but no acknowledgement. And throughout the entire makeup session, I was just waiting for it to end. Even though her makeup is good, I really do not recommend her for wedding makeup as she would just add additional stress to your wedding.
