I was late as it was my first time and I could not locate the shop, but even then the staff that served me for the day, Tiffany, was really patient and polite and sat me down to explain the procedure to me without rushing through to ensure that I fully understood what we were doing since this was my first visit. She was really professional and worked really fast and efficiently, yet never foregoing my comfort as a customer, I am so very happy with her handiwork and if I ever need eyebrow tinting or eyebrow services, this is the first place I’ll look to!

She was very friendly and is a professional at what she does. Even when we were done and I was about to leave, she helped to further trim and shape them to look perfect before she was satisfied with her work. Very passionate about her work and I will come back again.

Very patient in shaping my brows to give it a higher arch while taking into consideration the leftover marks from my previous embroidery at another shop. Love the service here!

I had a horrible lash lift done at another salon and needed some help to fix it. Even though they could not take me in for an appointment as they were fully booked, they made the effort of asking their regular customers if they were willing to swap appointments. Although there were no openings, the wonderful person communicating with me through WhatsApp still provided me with support and recommendations for how to fix my botched eyelash job that was done at another salon. You can really tell they care for your lashes! I would highly recommend supporting this business. You’ll be very well taken care of by them!

She also gave many suggestions and asked for preferences. Took about 2.5 hrs and results were good. Waiting for next few weeks for brows to naturalise out. Instructions were given for after care and expectations. Salon is cosy and comfy.
