The best birth preparation course I could ask for. Totally removed the fear and prospect of a traumatic child birth and instead gave me and my husband an insight into, and the tools to have a gentle, empowered birth the way mother nature intended. Red Miller is endlessly patient, reassuring and the greatest support during what is one of the most daunting but exciting times of our lives.

Red's classes were the best tool my husband and I could have asked for when welcoming our son into the world. Love Based Birth really does help you remove the fear from childbirth and LOVE the process. Her book is also my go to gift for expecting mums :)

My partner and I signed up for Red’s LBB prep class as we really felt that birthing is a really natural process and her ethos was in line with ours. We were really taken by her holistic approach to the birthing process. Red really beautifully yet subtly blends together science, spirituality and years of experience in her sharing. Due to the pandemic Red was very accommodating and moved our classes to a virtual platform so that we could still benefit. We still got to interact with other couples and Red gave us all space and time to share our thoughts and ask questions. We feel really empowered and confident as we now have a great understanding of the birthing process feeling really ready for a natural birth. The green baby class answered everything we needed to know about what’s really needed for mama and baby post arrival. I love Red’s sustainable approach and the way in which she shares ideas. My partner really enjoyed all aspects of the course and also has a deeper understanding of his very important role in bringing our baby to the world. The LBB Tribe community is an excellent resource - I wish I’d known about it in my first trimester. There are a load of practitioners available who share tips and offerings as well as the much needed wisdom of other mammas. It’s a really supportive and positive environment. Red Miller: she is so special, loving, kind and experienced that I hope that I can find the right words to recommend her work. Either the book or the classes worth every bit. Book: easy reading, personal and professional data, practical guidance together with lots of opportunities to introspection and self awareness. A must read to all expecting parents. I'm reading it for the second time as we wait for baby number 2 and it's so good to have this support at hand. Birth Preparation Classes: our classes were a hybrid with presencial and online classes. Both were perfect. Classes in person give the possibility of sharing with other parents-to-be and feel Red's energy but the online course gives flexibility do to it from literally everywhere in the world, at any time, in your pace, pausing and watching again how many times you want. All the preparation with Red is something you want to consider. It's not only about the birth itself but about bonding with your baby, caring for his health for life, securing a loving experience that will last forever, avoiding unnecessary trauma and about empowering women and couples. On the birth of our son it all happened just exactly we had learnt with Red. We felt prepared, confident and well informed to make decisions. It was gentle, beautiful and after birth I was so thankful that we took Red's preparation course.

It's the best preconception program I have done. I highly recommend it to gain knowledge and to dig into your fears. I feel so empowered now after the 5 weeks with Red. She has a lot of knowledge, makes you feel so comfortable and is encouraging. You can see the love she has for this program as you feel she has poured her heart.
