Alot of hidden costs, service is really bad, outdated gowns for photoshoot. -Disconnect between sales and POC for PG package -Rude POC -Flower bouquet is really small and didnt come with loose flowers for hair -Tried to cut corners by asking my inlaws and parents to not alter the jackets and dresses -Jackets didnt come with holes for boutonnieres, neither did the boutonnieres come with pins -Outdated gowns for photoshoot -MUA only did simple makeup for my mum (within 10mins) and rushed off to another place There is really alot more to complain but the entire experience is horrible. Thank god i choose another bridal studio for my AD.

My hubby and I signed an AD package (w/o PWS & video) with Lovestory in Dec 2019. Some pointers: - They had an app to make apptments but the dates are not updated so you will still have to confirm with the staff via text. - The boutique staff were not always responsive on whatsapp, sometimes we have to wait a few days for response. - My hubby and I managed to find gowns and suits which we liked, despite reviews saying tt their outfits were outdated. Both mums were able to find gowns they liked too. Though they also provided dad's blazer, we find that they looked old, so 1 of them used his own instead. - They also rented to us some accessories to match the gowns, but I find that they looked outdated so I used my 4 dian jin instead. I only used their hair accesories. - We were only told to pay a deposit of 2k when we were abt to collect our gowns. No1 informed us b4 tt. - Even though our wedding had to be postponed 10months, we were lucky that all of the gowns and suits were still available - However, there was a change of MUA and photog. We were ok with tt as we d/n have a particular MUA/photographer we wanted. I had a free trial makeup with the first MUA, but decided to forgo the makeup trial with the AD MUA as it will be charged. - The AD MUA, HY, was very responsive to all my whatsapp queries, and was attentive to all my requirements. She was early on the AD, and had done a great job for me and my mum makeup. ? But my MIL felt that her makeup was too heavy for her and she didnt quite like it. -The AD photographer, S, was early when he reached. Everything was smooth until when we had to travel to different locations. Because the photog drove his own car, we had to wait for him to park his car. When we went to national gallery for photoshoot, we also wasted 15 to 20mins waiting for him to park and come over. And he was still taking his time strolling. Before the AD, we offered to let him be in the same car with us (to save time), but he said that he will drive. We should have insisted. He also asked for a 30mins break for him to buy lunch. Luckily, we have already planned to give him the banquet lunch, if not we will have to waste more time. After photoshoot with BM/GM, there was abt 20mins b4 we had to get ready for solemnsation. The photog wanted to use this time to take photos of the restaurant decorations etc (?). We requested to go nearby for more photo taking instead. We felt that he lacked initiative - After table to table photo taking, we have already exceeded the photography time for 30mins. We were alr prepared to give OT charges for 1 hr. But the photog suggested that he can end his service and just waive off the 30mins OT. We thought there were nth much after t2t photos, so we accepted his suggestion, thinking that maybe he wanted to make up for the time wasted earlier on. But we sort of regretted cos he could have stayed to take photos of us more in the 2nd gown. And..i realised he didnt take photos of me and my bridesmaid alone in my 2nd gown? Feels like the photog is rushing off to elsewhere. - The photog said that it will take 1month for the photos to be ready. When its nearing 1 month, he said its 1month plus. Upon further asking, he blue ticked me. We called the boutique, no1pick up or return call. - Most of my frds received a few sneak photos a few days after the wedding. But the photog didnt send me anything. - Finally after 2months, we collected our photos. The boutique staff says that usually it take 8-12 weeks to edit the photos, as the photog will be busy with pws etc. Most of my friends (other boutique) recieved within a month. The photos were very clear. We love the photos taken outdoors. But some group photos there were 2-3 photos with friends' face being blocked or eyes closed. And 2 with obvious photobombers not cropped out or removed. Overall, i think the price was reasonable for what they had offered. Though it would have been better if they were more responsive to our text, and the photog could have been more initiative and showed sense of urgency. .

A lot of hidden costs when comes to selecting your photos at the end of your photoshoot easily racked up to $5k extras for an editing skills with too much brush effect is definitely not professional level. Gowns are around $4K already. The salesgirl refused to let me speak to the management when I reject her price but continued to hard-sell us with a random pricing. That’s not the worst part. We have also lost our credit card while at their dark and isolated Gamba studio when we asked the female Chinese makeup artist named Hai… to help us guard our stuffs while we head up to take some photoshoot. We have lodged a report the next day if she thinks she could get away silently with years of experience. We have never felt so frustrated and gotten such a bad experience with such dishonesty.

Chanced upon Love Story at a Hitcheed fair about 2 years ago. Gyna, who served us, was outgoing and friendly, as well as sincere in her sharing. Hence, we signed up for the wedding package without much hesitation. Initially, I contacted Gyna frequently on many queries, and she was both clear and prompt in her replies. Thanks Gyna! *Gown Selection* - PWS - Vincent - AD - Nedee Vincent and Nedee were much patient and helpful, which made the selection process enjoyable. They offered us useful suggestions when my husband and I were clueless on the attire to select because every piece has its own WoW factor. Also, they would share their views on whether a particular attire looks good on us or if another piece would look better. Thanks Vincent and Nedee! *Makeup Artist* - PWS & AD - Ryan (requested for Ryan for AD too haha) Makeup & Hairdo - As I have certain concerns on eye makeup, it would be a challenge for any MUA to accommodate to my makeup "requests". Nonetheless, Ryan was skillful and meticulous during the whole process as he did my makeup with patience. It was also easy to chit-chat with him as he made the atmosphere more casual. Happy with the end result because makeup and hairdo were both on point, it made me feel and look like a princess. ? During PWS, Ryan was also attentive to ensure that my makeup and hairdo stayed in place throughout. On AD, Ryan was also able to design a beautiful style that suited me for both morning and night, and it received many compliments. Thanks Ryan! *Photography & Videography* - PWS PG & VG - Ming Xiang - AD PG - Lim - AD VG - Lawrence Had a wonderful experience with both PWS and AD (although tiring but worthwhile)! In terms of photography, both Ming Xiang and Lim were so experienced in guiding us through the different poses and facial expressions. In a comical yet professional way, they conveyed to us the "feel" that was required in the various ambience/ settings. For PWS, my husband and I were initially a little nervous and stiff but Ming Xiang (being a funny guy) was able to put us at ease. We were a little blur at times - he would then patiently demonstrate the poses to us. For AD, Lim was able to coordinate well when it came to photo shots with family and friends. In terms of videography, it was hard work for Lawrence because we had certain requests and timing was tight. Hence, I was initially worried that the SDE (same-day edit) might be boring because it would exclude my solemnization (already held previously). Nonetheless, the video played to guests at night exceeded my expectations. It was so professionally done and captured the key moments well. The video attracted laughter from my guests and it was interesting to watch. Thanks Ming Xiang, Lim and Lawrence! Appreciate the hard work from all of them! PWS photo selection - Veron, who is bubbly, walked us through the photo selection process in detail and the objectives for that appointment was clear to us. Though my husband and I were in a dilemma when it came to choosing the photos (all looked great!), Veron shared her thoughts on which photos were better, which helped us in making swifter decisions. Thanks Veron! To conclude, it was a joy to work with the Love Story team.

We signed a package consisting of Pre-Wedding Shoot to Actual Day. The people involved in serving us reflected their decades of experiences. The package is tailored to meet the expectations in terms of quality and comfort for an average couple like us. Special thanks to photographer Mr Lim, Keon for album production, Ryan for makeup, Doris and Liz for gown/suit selection. Wedding packages isn't something we get to compare the final product by the same person but I would say Love Nest is a very safe choice that is well above average in terms of quality.

Just had my PWS done! Was so happy with my MUA Ryan and photographer Kzen! Ryan really had the skills to make me feel good about myself! My hair was definitely a challenge as I had thin and less hair which he makes it perfectly looking good!! He is always initiative on checking if I looked good and helping me on my gown!! He is the one of the MUA you must look for! Kzen on the other hand, she was so bubbly and giving us various advice on how we could do our post and also making sure I and my husband looking good always! They both had made our trip out for PWS was so enjoyable! Had also requested them both to be on for my actual day!

Had the chance to discover lovestory at Hitcheed event. The people there are helpful and nice, especially Ryan the makeup artist. He was my makeup artist for both pre wedding photoshoot and on the actual day itself. He makes the atmosphere fun and happy, but yet is super professional and dedicated to his job too. Blessed to have him as my makeup artist. K’ley is also very professional in her job, and helped us out with actual day photography, her cheery smile and dedication also made our day. Would also like to thank everyone at Love Nest in making our wedding journey a smooth sailing one.

I had my wedding in 1st quarter of 2021, package was signed with Love Story Wedding. I was lucky to have Mr Lim as my photographer for both pre-shoot and actual day, when I saw his works at the bridal booth I knew he is the photographer I would want for my pre-shoot. I am happy with how my photos turned out, he was professional and friendly. Was also happy to have Hai Yan as my MUA as I love the natural-looking make-up she did for me. She arrived much earlier at my house on AD than the stated time. Doris who stationed at the yishun studio was very helpful and friendly each time we visit the studio for appointment. Vincent was very professional when it comes to helping me with the gown selections for pre-shoot. He seems to know very well which gowns suit my body shape and personality. Veron was super friendly and patient with us during our photo selections, she always tried her best to adhere to our requirements. She was responsive on WhatsApp as well. Nedee who stationed at city gate studio was very patient and helpful throughout my AD gown selections. I had difficulty choosing the gowns but she was really patient, giving me more time to make a decision without rushing me. I am glad I had gone with Love Story Wedding for my wedding package, I had enjoyed the entire experience. The entire process and timeline was properly guided with their app together with WhatsApp communication. It would have been perfect if they had allow slight customization for AD hand bouquet and if I wasn’t charged $15 for not returning one of their hanger which I mistakenly left it at hotel room as there was no love story logo on it, I had thought it belongs to the hotel. :/ Nonetheless, love story is still a great choice.
