Sprained my ankle very badly during work. It was painful with a big blue-black swell. Felt slightly better immediately after treated by the uncle and the condition continue to improve within the next few days. Don't think can recover so fast without going through the treatment. Did not actually go there to receive any treatment so i will not comment on that. However, first impression was rather bad. I called in to ask about its services, and its availability for the evening because my friend wanted to have a session there. The whole conversation was in chinese after he told us he could not understand English, no issue with that. I asked, “Are any professionals doing tuina available for this evening?” He rudely replied, “How would i know if we are available?” as if telling us it was a stupid question. Then continued with “ we only do walk ins” As a potential customer enquiring for the first session, it was really shocking to receive such a reply. We would not know how the clinic works, whether they take bookings or purely walk-ins. So it was a really unpleasant experience in terms of customer service. We definitely did not appreciate such a tone because we were merely enquiring.

Went in with a longtime shoulder blade pain and went out completely like a brand new shoulder. Thank you uncle for making the pain go away and he know exactly which spot that hurt so badly and he massage through that spot for so long that I think I’m going to cry of happiness. Will definitely come again if I encounter any muscle pain because it’s worth the price and really excellent technique
