Absolutely terrible experience. I wonder why they survive when there are 3 way better clinic with better value steps away. Went for a normal flu vaccinations and clerk didn’t say consultation charges was included in the quoted price. Lee clinic upstairs charges $40 nett for flu vaccine. The worst thing was the doctor decided to let us wait 45 min while entertaining a pharma saleswoman and when we decided to leave, doctor ask my wife to wait in a corner, came and took a grand total of 2 min and gave the jab and charges $30 for 2 min of her time. There should be some consumer protection on such practices. Happen today 27 June 2020

Disappointed with this visit to the doctor’s. Avoid Dr Jonathan pang at all costs. ? Previously visited this clinic with my kids, was attended to by female doctor, Dr Wong Min, although she appears all hippy with her pink hair, the consultation visit was somewhat still ‘okay’ & fortunately, my kids’ did not have to suffer what I went through. I saw how things were okay previously, hence I thought I’d have the same ‘okay’ experience as a patient myself. Little did I know that the experience & standards were SO different when I visited as a patient myself this time. Maybe it is not the clinic but just the doctor. I was just very unlucky to be allocated to see Dr Jonathan Pang this visit. 1) First of all. Dr Pang was LATE. The clinic was already open with patients streaming in to to be seen. His counter staff was already here registering patients. Operating hours show 9am. Time was already late morning. Dr Pang was still NOT IN? This is not respecting your (already sick) patients’ time… ??‍♀️ 2) I am down with ARI/URTI, so when i registered myself, I already declared my symptoms. Doctor still spoke to me in an interrogative tone by asking me what conditions do i have & when i told him my conditions worsened, he actually asked me in an unpleasant tone “what do you mean worsened”? Why is it so hard to understand that the symptoms surfaced 2 days prior to my consult & the day i visited was due to worsening of the symptoms hence it is “time to see the doc”?? ? His clinic staff already acknowledges & even told Dr Pang “we have an ARI patient (referring to me)”. Plus I had put it across to Dr Pang that I have sorethroat & flu. So if my conditioned worsened as per my claims, it just simply meant that my flu & sorethroat have gotten worse, where the pain in my throat is more severe now & my flu causes more runny nose now. Is it so hard to understand? 3) Upon payment at the counter, staff passed me a plastic bag with my MC, receipt & meds. Only cough syrup & a combi flu + paracetamol tablet. Was i diagnosed with fever? No. Why do i need paracetamol? Also, they were not conscientious that I have a history of drug allergies. I already mentioned my main concern was the unbearable sore throat. I was actually NOT prescribed lozenges. Guess what? When I asked counter staff to check with Dr Pang if I could get lozenges prescribed, Dr Pang told staff to tell me that I DON’T NEED lozenges & simply asked me to drink plenty of water. WOW. ? If one could get better with plenty of water, then we all don’t need to see doctor anymore ?…right? Why so rigid? Why were my concerns not heard & taken note of? Doctor seemingly did not want counter staff to pack that packet of lozenges for me until i had to voice out from the counter myself, across to the backroom (where the doc was sitted) politely, to ask if doctor could just prescribe me the lozenges already since my throat hurts? 4)Previously, my kids were allowed to do swab test in the clinic room. I was not allowed to do my swab test in the clinic room and was asked to go all the way to the “carpark” in le quest mall to do the swab test inside. Also - what was mentioned as the “car park” turned out to be the garbage dumpster area of Le Quest mall! My goodness. The area was literally just beside the garbage dump where it smelt so bad, even a patient with blocked nose from ARI symptoms could smell it. Also, the chair that patients are asked to sit on for doing the swab test, is a dirty rusty one… it was simply shocking & if I wish to be particular about it. Why was a male doctor doing the swab for a female patient at this secluded dumpster far far away from the clinic without an accompanying female chaperone? I regretted not reading other google reviews before visiting this clinic. Perhaps my last time ever… i hope this clinic will take patients’ feedback seriously & do something about their workflows & improve on their service attitude.

The lady shouldn’t have push the lady’s pram, what if she had a baby inside? The lady should reflect that ‘you should treat people the way you wanted to be treated,’ I am sorry but I have to give it a one

The receptionist is wrong. But The lady with child also knocked stuff off the table and also threw things at the staff before they stepped out. Video in fb. Always know 2 side of stories.

You don't need to look into the whole stroller kicking incident to know that this clinic has bad staff / doctors / service. Look at the reviews prior and you'll see several horrible stories about this place.
