Lucky Store

This seller is very unethical and shady. I bought a washing machine from them on 11/11 at their Lazada store for $296, and they refused to respond to my messages, to set a date and time for delivery. Today is 29/11, and they are still trying to play hide and seek. Non responsive and equivalent to being fraudulent, as the washing machine has been paid in full. It’s not miscommunication of any sort, as the same model of washing machine is still available for sale on their online shop. I think they don’t want to deliver, as the washing machine was sold to me at a discounted price on 11/11. Their modus operandi is to drag and delay, and eventually state the item being out of stock. Just check out “Shawn Tan’s” review to get what I mean. Their ratings on Lazada is relatively poor, and they are the worst sellers I’ve ever met. Thankfully, I bought the washing machine as a spare, and am not in a rush for it. Buyers beware, and I recommend that you avoid unethical and irresponsible sellers like this. I have written in to Lazada to complain, and will proceed to file a police report in 2 days time, if this is not probably looked into by Lazada.

Purchased on 12 march. Asked on lazada chat and they say will delivery by tues or wed (17/18 march) Called on 20 march and nicky say will deliver next tues (24 march). They gave me their “boss” number and i asked me to call their boss but called twice and nobody answered. Felt cheated that it might not even be a real number. 26 march called them and they tell me will call me back with a date. Waited for 2 hour and called them back at 2pm and they say will call me at 7pm. At 7.15pm, i called them and they say i need to wait another 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Firstly, please inform your customers beforehand if you are going to take 4 weeks to deliver the fridge. This is a bulky items, you cant expect customers to be waiting for delivery everyday. Also, please inform customers if delivery is going to be delayed. If you promise to deliver by a certain date but cant, please tell your customers. Secondly, if you promise your customer to call back by a time. PLEASE do so and not wait for customer to call you. Asked lazada for a refund and lazada refunded me after a week as they tried to contact the store but Was unsuccessful. This store is really lucky to survive till today. Overpromise and underdeliver.

I ordered a washing machine during 12.12 sale at lazada. I chatted with the seller and asked for early delivery on 14/15 December 2019, the seller chatted and acknowledged by saying will arrange. On the fine day the item did not arrive and my status in lazada was changed to shipped upon contacting them, the seller gave a lot of excused and even said I have stocks I gave it to other people who came today to purchase the item. Very shady and non trustworthy. If you are buying anything from this place please reconsider your decision. The experience was totally a hassle for me because I paid the amount and I have to do the follow up with lazada and luck store to process for a refund. The staff at lucky store were foreigners they don't care if you keep calling and ask for an update. Very impolite and bad customer service. Contact number for online orders : 63421700

I should have read the reviews here prior to online experience. Clicked to purchase a freezer on Lazada. Item status indicates sent with sellers own delivery fleet. Guess what? After more than 11-days waiting, seller cancelled the sale!! In betwn, I have been sending seller text via Lazada on expected delivery date but no response. Bad bad seller! Seems like I’m not the only one affected! Don’t even deserve 1-star rating. ????

Really loved the affordability and service here! They offer advice with in-depth product knowledge, and goes beyond what they have on display if you are looking for something. This is why we've come back for purchases again and again instead of going to the big chains like Courts or Best Denki. Keep up the good work!

It was 2 days just after the circuit breaker started and my dryer broke down, Harvey Norman in parkway closed, I was desparate, then I chanced upon Lucky Store online with such reasonably priced dryer, I called and at first their delivery schedule was packed full for the next 1 week, I told the boss I cannot live without dryer for 1 week and he actually AGREED to deliver that very evening for me! How LUCKY I AM!! I am the Lucky one here. (ps, I have been using the dryer for a week and though price is not expensive, it works well) thank you lucky store!

Nothing like getting a good price for all electronic items. Bought nearly all home electronic goods here. Call to ask for their quotation to obtain best price including computer component items.

Waited few weeks just for delivery and promised delivery on certain date but never received. Wasted my whole day waiting for it and called them , they mention no stock and delay the delivery date to 5 days later. Hello, dun promised your customers when you can’t delivered. Not recommended, buy at your own risk. Courts , Parisilk, Megastore provide better services den you.
