Bought a dryer from Parisilk on Lazada. Waited 2+ weeks still no delivery and no contact, had to write in before I got a call from Parisilk to arrange for delivery more than 3 weeks after my order was placed. No apology given for the delay. Not only that, they’re also charging me $20 for disposal of our old dryer. There are other better electronics sellers on Lazada with free disposal, similar prices and much better ratings. Not making the same mistake of ordering from Parisilk again. Very very disappointing.

Ordered Fujioh hood from them in September and paid deposit and also paid full payment in November but they delivered wrong model and then said my model is out of stock. Mtfk I paid deposit and full payment already now tell me no stock. Kept ignoring me and asked me to use and install the wrong model. Mtfk I bought my whole house appliances from him around $7k worth of goods! Don’t go this place is a SCAM. They do not have stock but will take your money. My fridge also no stock and had to wait 1 month for it.

Overall an excellent experience. The shopkeeper and the employees are very polite and provide all the support you need. However, they're not very well versed with the specifications of ceiling fans, nevertheless they provided all the support they could. I would highly reccomend you to visit them as i have rarely seen such high level of customer service.

Yes, Items are a little cheaper than the ones being sold by courts/Harvey Norman/ best Denki etc. Based on the experiences I encountered, I would rather pay a little more and get better quality services from a reputable store. Reason being, their staff are very arrogant and obnoxiously rude. They totally lack customer centricity. If they mess up your order, they’ll brush it off and arrogantly ask if u still want it or not. They will also not apologise.

商品齐全 , sales persons there are friendly and courteous. Easy to speak to them to ask for tips and advice. Cosy environment to shop with peace of mind.

Way better customer service than other electronics and white goods stores.

paid money but didnt receive washing machine after 1 week even after sending emails to them but still no reply dont buy from them anymore unless u want to wait for nothing for a week or more

Company is operated by a bunch of irresponsible monkeys. Delivery scheduled between 1400-1600hrs. Been calling them since 1730hrs but have been pushed around from one contact to another with empty promises that they will call me back in 5 mins but they didn’t. Don’t order from them unless you wanna know how it feels like having to wait 6 hours in a sparsely renovated flat with no comfortable furnishings and no toilet bowl. My redmart delivery was supposed to arrive in tandem with the fridge but everything is defrosting to death because their staff didn’t have the basic courtesy or decency to call to inform if they’re running late. Finally managed to talk to someone at 1910hrs who said they’ll take another 45mins to reach. They finally arrive at 1945hrs where they parked their van right outside the condo and blocked the entrance from the point they arrived till the time they left. Never gonna order anything from them again. Excellent sales service but the after sales treatment is absolute disaster.
