Thumbs up to Andrew from Lumiair for his fast response and advice regarding my house's mould problems. I had whatsapped Lumiair to get a quotation but he requested to call me instead. Over the phone he explained the processes that his company do for the mould treatment and the pricing. Andrew said he could do a mould inspection if i needed him to access the situation. I had requested for the mould inspection. Other than those visible mould spots, he also pointed out spots which were not visible to me. Throughout, he was patient in explaining the mould treatment process and answering queries i had. Most of the mould spots were gone after the mould treatment. Some parts of the ceiling still able to see some spots but it had lighten greatly. Thanks Andrew for your fast response to my whatsapp queries/ scheduling of the mould treatment and the painting services.

Due to an unfortunate personal situation, engaging the right company for the cleaning required was crucial for our family. It was also the very first time that we encountered such a need for a very specific type of cleaning. My experience with the process of enquiry with Lumiair was well handled and Andrew was patient with my multiple questions due to our inexperience. We even received a clear proposal of what to expect for the process as well as additional disposal/professional cleaning options that were available. Upon hire of their services, which was the full package of three different phases and three separate days, I found the teams and contacts that I was engaged with to be professional and responsive. Service reports were provided for every job completion, and they were on time for every job required. There were even service reports for whenever they collected the house keys from me, and when they returned it - and they did this with no extra charge despite the fact that the service location and my residence were quite a distance apart. Overall we are very appreciative of the services rendered as the situation we had was not typical, and we certainly felt the quality of work done was top notch from start to finish.

My wife, Margaret, recently engaged the services of Lumiair. She called Andrew on a Sunday and despite it being a weekend, he was very helpful and knowledgeable to explain the procedures and timelines.
