What stood out for me was the team's exemplary service. I unfortunately misplaced my copy of the photos and wrote in to Lumiere, 5 years later, hoping that they retained a copy. Zed quickly responded and sent over the photos. I was so touched (and grateful) by how fuss-free the whole process was, and how helpful Zed is.

He arrived early, spoke with me for a briefing and set to work quickly, checking in with me during the day. Post-event, the first photos were delivered to me within hours, and the remainder within a few days which was quicker than expected. The quality is superb and we wouldn't hesitate to use Lumiere for any future events in Singapore.
