Food wasn't great.

I turned up to the restaurant at 6.10pm but was told I can't consume only alcohol until my allotted time, the staff was very rude in her manner, I'm aware there are changes to social gatherings at eating establishments and am amiable but there's no need for rudeness. I returned at 7.30pm sharp for the seating with my wife. Instead of eating in the restaurant they put us on terrible chairs next to the road outdoors with traffic rushing by, this was not what we expected especially since the restaurant want full. Next the lighting wasn't good and the menu not visible in the evening light, I commented this to the waiter. The waiter informed us of our choices based on the booking, when my wife questioned why there was no herring as booked (see screenshot still on the website) he rudely told her Dining City website had made a mistake. Since we went especially for the herring again I'm surprised, I asked what meat was used for the meatballs and was told beef, this wasn't apparent in the website offering! Before leaving I made a point of approaching the restaurant staff involved and told them we are leaving because of both your attitudes! The overall rudeness of the staff and the change in menu forced us the leave this establishment very disappointed. Lux then reported us as a no show to Dining City where we made the booking which only goes to show the companies integrity! I'm sure the food is great but unfortunately the front of house needs changing!!

This was, by far, the worst experience in the last few years. First they serve a bottle of water half full, then the main course arrives before the starters, the meatballs and the herrings were from Ikea, the beef stroganoff was served with tagliatelle with mushrooms... only to have more pasta than meat. And the best part is that they have the guts to state they serve the very best. Pathetic

Review for delivery order - this is one of the best deliveries we've had during this whole Covid period. Food was amazing and I can't wait to order again / try dining in. Had the veal burgers, fries, cured salmon and gin & tonics. Their veal burgers are to die for - juicy (not overly oily) patties with flavourful smoked cheese served in fluffy soft brioche buns. Cured salmon and dill potatoes came in a very generous portion and tasted so good even the morning after (too much food we couldn't finish in one sitting). And the fries - omg the fries - I've never had fries delivered to me piping hot but LUX did it. Each and every fry was still crispy and there were no signs of sogginess. Definitely exceeded expectations. Delivery guy hands down 10/10. Don't know how he managed to make it to the East during evening peak hours so quickly. He got here in half the estimated time. Extremely polite too! If I really had to nitpick, I wish the gin portions were bigger. Though that being said I'd probably still buy their G&Ts again cause they're a steal nonetheless for the quality at that price. Not your basic botanist and fever-tree. Thanks LUX, it was a delightful meal in the comforts of our home.

Had lunch with my wife here, we order Skagen toast and Swedish meatball... I must say the Skagen toast is ok but shrimp taste was very little but for the Meatball its over salty and I ask the waiter if it should taste this salty. The friendly service staff went in and ask the chef and the response was quite funny. It was something towards, the recipes is from the Swedish chef and swedish meatball should taste more Salty... Wow I grow up in Sweden and I never eat such a salty meatball before... So waiting time for the food was very long it took about 40 min, and we finished the Skagen Toast but for the meatball after one bite both me and my wife find its not eatable so we just leave it. Also the price is in the higher end, so we expected something WOW! I would not recommend anyone to order the swedish meatball but for other dishes maybe is better.

Stopped here for the daily 1-1, great deal and impressive cocktails. We had the “Popeye the Sailor Man” and the “Mountains of Taiwan” - both flavorful and strong (unlike many cocktails we’ve had here in Singapore).

Order toast skaagen, meatballs, brownie and drinks. Wait was very long. Took almost 40 mins before we received our food. Brownie and the toast were good but meatballs were very salty. One of the saltiest meatballs I ever had. Waiter was friendly and polite, and we did receive some free drinks for the delayed food. Given NOX reputations we were expecting speedier service and better food.

The toast skagen was okay, but the taste of the shrimp can be stronger. The meatball were very salty in my opinion and we didn't finish it. The waiter was polite and friendly. But the food was not so good and it's overpriced. 2 dishes like this costed us around $58. Will not recommend here.
