To the reader, I would like you to know that Iam very particular on details and quality. None of them can cater to my needs of my ideal dream kitchen but after a few more search we found Luxurious Design and so, we were introduce to our 11th ID, Jassca See who deliever remarkable work togather with her hardworking team of electricians and carpenters. She enhance my idea of making the dream kitchen which many ID seems to be hetic and tidious impossible to possible. When she came down to the measurement, she measure not only with a measuring tape but also with a measuring laser to get the precise measurement of every wall, ceiling and angle of the kitchen like a pro. She not only design like exactly what I want but she also deliever the skeleton plan on how she gonna built it up from scratch (Yes that detailed). When her team arrive on the day of building the kitchen they will use lasers to make a precise measurement after every cabinets and panels are installed. Every carpentry work is precise no more no less. It is exactly like how she drafted it out for them to carried out. She will also accompany her team on site till their work is finish on every process of the way. Anything is out of proposion or spotted that displeases her eyes she will just simply ask them to change and get it done on the spot without question. I as a client, dunt have to worry every bit of it due to her professionalism as a born designer. I will recommend Luxurious Design and vouch for Jassca See as your designer. We are 1st time HDB Owners and got our unit during the start of the Pandemic, we had quite a hard time finding an ID company who could meet our requirements and budget. We contacted Luxurious Design and they quickly set an appointment to come down. We met Willy and May who listened to what we had in mind and we liked that Willy is very experienced and we could see he had many ideas and options to what we wanted and even suggested some fresh ideas. They spent a good 2hours with us to go through what we visioned and within 2days gave us the plan and specs and we really liked it and could see they listened to what we had in mind. We did mentione our budget and without compromising they worked a quote to our budget. From the start Willy was very clear on the payment schedules and timeline. When the project started he was there to ensure all is going well and kept us updated. The most commendable thing would be he found solutions to some of our concerns without compromising on the quality and delivered us a fantastic end product. Willy is patient and very professional in his service and he accommodated to quite alot of what we asked for and very thank ful to his entire crew of electrcian, carpenters, handyman, painters as they all worked hard to meet out timeline and we moved in without any delays. Thank you Willy for we are glad we decided to take our renovation with you. I would recommend him for he gave us many ideas and put our visions into paper and executed it well. Okay let's see. I'm staying in the east and had scheduled an appt at their showroom. On the day we were travelling to their office, it was 30mins before the appointment time. We were going to be a few minutes late so we courteous dropped the ID a message that wer gona be late. Guess what the ID said? "Sorry I'm on MC. Can we reschedule?" Sounds more like the ID totally forgot about our appointment! I am definitely extra frustrated because my husband and I travelled all the way from the east and ONLY to he inform when WE message the ID. Disappointing. Please take our schedules and time and reapect them more seriously!

We are very fortunate to have Calvin to build our first home. Being first time house owner, there were plenty of things that we did not know but Calvin guided us and gave the best advices that suits our budget. Calvin is very responsive despite his busy schedule. He is also very patient in answering our questions or attend to any of our doubts and concerns. Rest assured you’re in safe hands if you are attended by him. Not only he exceeds our expectations by completing our home in time but he also ensures all the work is done up properly . We are indeed very pleased with the results. Once again, big thanks to Calvin & team!

My wife and I had the pleasure of having Calvin Lee from Luxurious Designs to have our 5 room resale home renovated. Our first impression was that Luxurious was going to be pricey and no doubt, it was. However it was worth every penny especially thanks to our ID Calvin. Costs were kept in check thanks to their long standing network of contractors and we even got more than what we wanted thanks to Calvin's initiative, always putting his clients first. Updates are always on time and he is always aware of all the works required. He will update us consistently without us asking! My wife and I are particular to many minor details yet Calvin was very patient with us and does his best to get we wanted, having to persuade contractors to touch up or redo things a few times. We are very blessed to have Calvin as our ID and with him, surely there is nothing to worry about. A big reason we choose Luxurious Design was thanks to Calvin's openness on his experiences and he dared to try things he has never seen before. Where other IDs told me things weren't possible, Calvin will look into what we wanted and he indeed managed to find mechanisms online that perhaps barely existed here in Singapore. I'd like to thanks him for giving our custom requirements a shot else we wouldn't have something that we felt was unique! Thank you Luxurious Designs and definitely Calvin Lee!
