★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Picked up a lot of stuff to buy but I stood behind the customer that was paying and talking and chatting nonstop with the shop auntie that was doing the cashier. I thought they would be done quick so I could pay and leave but they continued to have a full on conversation and the auntie was not even scanning the items. They were well aware that I was standing behind and I even walked around the store again while waiting for them to finish talking but they continued chatting. I waited a very long time till I decided to put my items back and leave. First time in this store and last.

When you are a client for 4 years, spending 100$ per week in the shop, and asking ONCE in 4 years to change an item, they refuse. I know I came back 10 days after buying instead of 7 days, but flexibility can be rewarded.
Bad for you, I am sewing teacher, I will make you bad add.
Honestly, be a little bit more kind with your clients, even more with the one who was trusted you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is excellent. I am new to the sewing stuff ; they willing to answer all my questions and help me to guide the right things to be purchased. Didn't not see any attitude problem as other people reviewed about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the embroidery hoop, unfortunately come with broken hoop. Request for replacement but I have to self collection, when purchased I had paid delivery charges. Bad service. Never buy from them in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed at the counter auntie, really terrible and just wants to rip customer off. I specifically asked for shirt buttons and proceed to buy 2 sets costing $9 in total. Upon return home then was told the buttons are for blouse and are wrong size ones, and the price is too expensive. Charged 30 cents for a button. Count myself unlucky that I’m not familiar and was rushing. Find other places to shop, this place is beyond words to describe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for sewing supplies! They have a large variety of interfacing, felt fabric and industrial sized spools of thread. Has a very cosy neighbourhood feel. I bought a lot of thread and cloth from them on multiple occassions, the staff are very helpful when I had questions.
