He was very accommodating, and really helped me to find the best beads for my project. He didn't try to upsell at any point, in fact he talked me out of purchasing too many items. He was absolutely right, and the beads and beading cord were perfect for my needs. He is such a lovely person to deal with, and went out of his way to ensure that I got my beads in the time frame that I needed them. I will definitely purchase from Peter again.
