โ โ โ โ โ They were so fast and amazing :') My laptop couldn't turn on for about 2 weeks, I brought it here for a diagnostics and within 30min, they called me to say my laptop was able to run again and that I could collect it. And they didn't charge me a single cent for the diagnostics, it was totally free. Super kind and honest of them. I really appreciate it, thank you guys so much!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I came across this website in a random day and I'm super happy I found it because of the ff reasons:
1. They reply surprisingly fast at any time & day on messages & calls. (Polite & friendly too!)
2. The diagnostic is free and they will only check it for 10 mins. max! Unlike other services that will take 1-3 days just to figure out the problem/s.
3. The repair itself will only take 1-2 days!
4. They give a very reasonable price.
5. And the best part, they will deliver your laptop so you won't have to pick it up from their service center!
Everything went quick & smooth!
I highly recommend Lynx for anyone who has problems with their laptops. ??

โ โ โ โ โ My experience with Lynx is disastrous, i repaired my mac screen over and it was defecting twice during CB period, the third attempt they refused to fix and gave me only one option, to get refund and find another shop. I have lost valuable time and was very disappointing with their rude attitude of "what you want me to do?", "'I can't help" . (i never receive a word of "sorry at all)! They even nick-picking delivery costs as I need to send the machine back and forth. As a tech savvy person, i would say customers are taken for granted at Lynx, you simply couldn't expect any after-service from them if anything goes wrong after repairs. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

โ โ โ โ โ My desktop had a power issue and refuses to start up. Lynx ensured that it is something that they could fixed and kept their word. They were really quick to respond to my queries before and during the repair process. They also ensured that there were clear communication between both parties before starting the fix and explained the costs of the job. Overall i am really satisfied with the job done!
