J	Joyce R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the Mazer Multiport-C Slim Adapter. After barely a month of use, found that the connection is unstable and intermittent. Sometimes not able to connect with my external HDD, monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard. I now connect directly to my laptop, which defeats the purpose of buying this adaptor. Unable to do a physical swap with their reseller and only at their location out in Tampines.
M	Max Hartvigsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Type C multiport 8-in-1 hub (M-UC2MULTI4082-BK) . As I wanted to connect either my Mac or my Dell laptop with my two external Dell screens/monitors using the HDMI ports. But when connect them I get both screens showing the mirrow image, but I'm not able to set up extended desktop. After travelling all their way to their office to get help.. they admitted that hub does not support extended mode, although it says so clearly on the packaging. On top of it all they where not able to take back the item and return the money or offer me a solution...All in all.. poor product bad customer service... buyers stay away!!!! .

Go for more trusted brands like anker and belkin. 5 years warranty doesn’t mean anything if the product doesn’t even work properly in the first place. Not going to trust any local products anymore. Why mazer? Why you scam ppl?

B	BOON LIANG CHAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week just bought a mazer charging cable for my iPhone. Its amazing that after using it barely a week, it is already giving me problem. Intermittent charging, it will just drop its charge for no reason. Expensive product but quality is questionable. What’s the point of giving five years warranty when it can’t even last for more than a week? I will not recommend it to anyone, waste my time having to go down to their store to report my issue. I think those random cables from online platform is far better than their cables, at least they last slightly longer than this one... if there is a negative star, I will select it. Now I am writing this review, and the charge drop again, unimaginable...

After using it for a couple of months, it loses charging connection intermittently and only recovers after twitching the cables and therefore I conclude that the inner cabling may be broken. The physical outlook is still in pristine condition though. Their product is a good example of good looking but without quality.

Called their number 8700 6932, tried to contact via email, via FB messenger and their website, no response at all, not from a single one. Are they still open?
C	C S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted for aftersales enquiries weeks ago with no reply at all. Bought a new 18W mazer charging plug from krishop and it was faulty at 1st use, krisshop was very attentive and extremely responsive to assist in 1-to-1 exchange at my doorstep due to this new but faulty plug (big thumb UP for Krisshop but not for the Mazer plug). After using it for ~6 months, plug again went into faulty mode. Not recommended for such good looking but not reliable plug that caused many inconveniences, this 18W plug quality is nothing better than 3C plugs bought from taobao, Krisshop should consider removing such mazer 18w plug from the shop.
